Hopefully you gain more than 0.6 that puts you over the 6inch girth range. Thanks brother! I have been absolutely busting my ass since Round 1 back in June. Lost 27 pounds of fat and gained 19 pounds of muscle per my DEXA scans (attached image to this post); lost 10% body fat since then, partially motivated to get the pubic fat pad down more before Round 2, which I can say has been pretty successful. So motivated I am now planning on doing a bodybuilding competition in two years.
