Plan on playing football this year and start in a few weeks and dreading the locker room at current size so decided to give HA a try. Previous a year or two ago whilst doing PE: NBPEL 6.75xG4.75 closer to 5 at base Current 6.25x4.5 Flaccid: a measly 3.5x4 and worse after a big training session. Severe end of the grower not shower spectrum. I am in the north of the UK so i visited the Manchester clinic, beforehand i had read to go with Voluma as it tends to last a bit longer but in the heat of the moment i went for the androfill premium 15ml option as it was cheaper. The overall experience of the injections was fine, pecker shrivelled up something rotten but it is what it is and pain was minimal. Only a few days in and wasnt going well at first admittedly. Had an reaction to the numbing cream and my little guy looks like he'd been in a bar fight, rash at the base of my penis within a few minutes of putting the cream on and the head of my penis has a discoloured purple rash on it too. Day 1 - flaccid girth up from 4" to 5" not able to maintain an erection to move the filler around due to pain albeit mild but enough to discourage a hard on for the most part. Have no Viagra as never really had an issue with it and didn't think I would. My pecker looked like this guy from the movie 300 due to gland size in comparison to shaft and the fact it was all bruised, rashed up and swollen [ ibb.co/pQqtZvd](https://ibb.co/pQqtZvd) Day 2 - Pain and swelling down a little and able to maintain an erection long enough to move the filler around. Have been using an extender most of the time to keep it a big elongated, still swollen and rash starting to fade at base of penis. Penis head still purple with rash. Girth (approx 5.6" mid shaft erect - had to use string and a ruler so not as accurate as my tape measure Day 3 - Woke up and the swelling has either gone down alot or some of the filler has absorbed as my penis girth has shrunk both flaccid and erect, still bigger than previously but definitely not the girth increase i had yesterday. Lost my tape measure and ordered another online so i will update with exact stats in the coming days as the string method doesn't feel accurate enough. Girth only noticeable from the side angle as the majority of the filler has landed on the top of the penis. Rashes pretty well faded now. Day 4 - Similar to yesterday, the filler is still quite squishy on the top of the penis, hoping it firms up a little as it doesn't feel quite normal. I am used to having a firm erection, veins etc. and rock hard but it isn't close to that at the minute. I expected it to some degree but not quite this squishy. First time posting so i stuffed up not using a tape to measure whilst taking the before and after photos for size change reference. I plan to get ellanse eventually so i will do a full before/after write up with measurements when i do that, so apologies. IMG1 - Fully erect pre filler IMG 2 - 80/90% post filler, struggling to maintain full erection post filler still IMG 3 - 90% erect post filler, can still see slight discolouration of penis head but rash pretty well gone at this point IMG 4 - flaccid penis 2 days post. You probably won't have had filler resorption at this point, it's way too soon. It will just be swelling going down, which whilst it might not seem good because you're losing size, is a good thing because it shows you're recovering. The filler will probably be firming up now and integrating into your tissue. Is it smooth and well distributed now? We had a member back on the 2.0 boards, Auguste, who had the Androfill premium and found it to be soft, but I don't think everyone has this experience by any means. Hoping that isnt the case as i wouldn't be too happy if it stated this soft for the long term but i guess we will see. Added the images now, was using an incompatible file type. Despite it not being a conventional collagen filler like PMMA or Ellanse, it still stimulates some collagen and elastin by virtue of having been injected inside of you, inducing a mild inflammatory response. In time it will better mimic your shaft, both flaccid and erect. I wouldn't pass judgment until a minimum of 6 weeks post-op. Also, it carries with it the best safety profile among manufactured dermal fillers, making it at the very least a good test filler, and for many, a sustainable filler (since you won't have to inject nearly as much in subsequent rounds to retain size/gains). The HA is still sightly more soft than i would like but hopefully as you said it may take a few more weeks to integrate properly. I will post updated photos with a tape measure as i plan to do a secondary round in a few weeks and will post the before/after images for the forum. May choose voluma this time though if i am able to mix HA fillers but ill discuss that with the doctor. The penis should always have some "*give*" -- simply go to an adult novelty store and compare a dildo to a vibrator. You'll see that the dildo is never pole rigid, but rather, voluminous. Obviously, one wouldn't want it too soft in terms of how palpable/tangible it is, but there will be some collagen & elastin triggered (albeit not to the extent of Ellanse or PMMA) by its mere presence in an area that normally doesn't have high volumes of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid (HA) -- that should help with the *integration* I spoke of before. Ellanse (which Androfill offers) is an option as well which you could consider down the road, but I'd personally stick with the HA for at least 6-12months before passing judgment; you'll find that despite requiring annual (12-18 month) top-offs, it won't require nearly the same volume as your initial round(s) and further *integration* will ensue. Ellanse has its appeal in that it is effectively semi-permanent (it's allegedly long-term temporary but no one knows when you can anticipate actual loss in the penis as of 2024), but doesn't possess the safety profile, reversibility, or size & aesthetic management that HA offers. I would only consider the Ellanse route if you were simply not satisfied with Androfill's choice of HA (every brand and version of HA aren't created equal), but I suspect with enough time you'll likely see that it's sufficiently adequate. To be frank, a 0.5" gain in circumference and the absence of rashes & discoloration with no deformities or asymmetry is a huge win! Men really don't know (unless they've been doing penis enlargement a.k.a. PE exercises for years) how significant even a 0.25 Inch gain is in Girth, and 0.5 inches can potentially jump condom brackets. If you were to do the math on a cylindrical object, changing its circumference by an Inch yields significantly more volume than increasing its length by an Inch. You should be able to mix HA fillers but ultimately that's at the discretion of your Performing Physician. That also assumes whichever HA you choose to opt for is available in the U.K. (some iterations are not necessarily available in every jurisdiction around the world; cheaper Canadian HA is not available to Americans for example). Happy with the overall gain, my biggest gripe is the lack of Flaccid Girth as I was hoping i would have more of a shower after the HA but it appears to be only a 0.3" gain. I was measured at the clinic so although i do not have a pre photo the clinic does at 4.0". I have attached images i took a couple of days ago. I will likely either top up the HA in the next few weeks maybe ill try Voluma, but i would like Ellanse for the long-term so may take the trip to London and get 8-10ml. As for gaining more of a "show-er" look in the Flaccid, it can and does happen with fillers, but not for everyone. To have any discernable gain at all (a third of an Inch is not bad for a procedure that does not promise or guarantee any length, Flaccid or Erect) is a plus in my book. I had an additional 4ml added a few weeks ago to even it out and measuring today ive only gained about 0.2 Flaccid Girth and 0.3 Erect Girth after 19mls of filler over two sessions. A lot of money for an almost unnoticeable gain in size. Won't be getting it again but the UK don't have Ellanse any more so unsure on what my next steps are going to be.
