Once it’s on, the penis obviously hangs downward. I usually sit at the end of my sofa and put my legs up on the coffee table so it hangs far back. You can also do it standing, sitting at the edge of a chair, etc. It has weighted pellets inside of it, up to 4-5lbs. It is much easier to remove the residual fat by needle aspiration (much like a micro-liposuction) which can be more complete and definitive and fast. Dr Liu is using a different PMMA now (not Bellafill) which I’m excited to see the results of. This PMMA does not have the bovine carrier which I think is a good thing. With Bellafill it can take months until the bovine carrier dissolves. In my opinion that is more potential for irregularities. I have used Bellafill in the past. Anyhow those who have followed this thread know I’ve done both Alloderm and PMMA with Dr Liu. Yes alloderm is supposed to be ‘one and done’ but I had some irregularities I wanted to correct and also wanted to keep going a bit bigger so have also done PMMA, all with Dr Liu. I did 10cc on Friday. Not sure how 10cc of this compares to Bellafill or others. Currently swollen and massaging a few times a day. 1cc of what I got was near circ scar to lessen the drop off I had in that area. Once swelling goes down I can post some before and after photos showing the areas I wanted to touch up for symmetry if it would be helpful for anyone. However, one must be very careful to avoid the urethra and also not to put too much around the urethra because the filler can pinch on the urethra resulting in blockage and may compromise the flow of urine.
