It's been 2.5 weeks since I had 10ML of Ravanesse injected by Dr. Carney at Rejuvall. I'm 41, married, and live in Virginia. Initially, I wanted to find a local doctor and I did an in-person consult that was about an hour away. Knowing that HA filler almost always requires additional rounds to round out any unevenness, not having a long journey was very compelling. That said, I wasn't comfortable with the local doctor and knew within the first 5 minutes that I wasn't getting anything injected to my Dick there. I looked at doctor Shafer in NYC (which seems like a great option), but ultimately chose Rejuvall because it had more patient reviews, was about half the cost of Shafer, and flying to ATL isn't any less convenient than getting to NYC. The procedure was quick and painless. I felt more from the alcohol in the cleaner used before the numbing injection than any of the actual injections. I had some bruising, which peaked around day 3 or 4, and some tender spots, but nothing close to "pain". A couple spots are still a bit tender today, but it gets a little better every day. I decided to stay in ATL for 2 days after the procedure and just work from the hotel and focus on after care. Doctor Carney's instructions were to leave the wrap on for 48 hours, but at 24 hours my glans were getting squeezed a bit and I really wanted to start the molding process. I did the roller technique massaging in the bath tub 1-2 times a day for days 2, 3, and 4 of after care. Not sure why, but I did all of this massaging while Flaccid and didn't get a look at my Erection until day 4 or 5. Luckily the distribution was very good, so I only had to focus on keeping things loose with massaging and working a couple trouble spots. Doctor Carney did an excellent job distributing the filler. His wrapping technique is great too. I can take a little credit for consistent massaging/rolling. Starting stats Flaccid length - 4 to 4.5 inches Flaccid Girth - 4 inches Erect length - 6.5 inches Erect Girth - 5.25 base taper to 4.5 below glans Current stats Flaccid length - 4.5 to 5 inches Flaccid Girth - 5 inches Erect length - 6.25 inches Erect Girth - 5.75 base tapers to 5.25 below glans Even at 2.5 weeks post injection, I'm sure I have some residual swelling and assume I will end up with slightly less than 1/2 in Erect Girth gained, but I'll be happy with that. For the first 5 - 10 days after the injection, I had a noticeable ridge under the glans and the ridge was pretty hard. I worked on that a lot and it's really softened up a lot and is far less noticeable. I had a little filler migrate past the circ scar too. Not sure if that will dissolve on its own or if I'll have to get it taken care of next time I go in. Overall, I'm very pleased with the Erect look and feel. It took me the better part of two weeks to get back consistent Erection quality, but I seem go to good now. The look while Flaccid is hit or miss, depending on retraction. When I'm not retracted, it looks nearly perfect, but I tend to retract a lot and that gives me quite a lumpy look. I assume some of this Flaccid lumpiness will even out as the last of the swelling goes away and everything fully integrates, but it still won't look great when I'm Turtling. I plan on going back to Rejuvall for a second round, but I'll wait another 3 or 4 weeks for everything to completely settle, then decide if I just want a few MLs as a touch-up or if I want to add more Girth. As of now, I think I'm good with just a touch-up. I attached a couple Erect pics from days 5 or 6 and around the 10 day mark. There's a few pre-filler pics too, then the rest are from today. It’s definitely firming up which is great but I’m getting 2 or 3 horizontal bands/lines across my shaft. These are becoming noticeable even while Erect, which bothers me a bit. If a touch up can smooth that out, I think the appearance will be very natural. The feel isn’t really squishy but I can notice a difference in the areas that aren’t completely even. The 2 weeks or so it took me to get back strong EQ was stressing me out. I’m sure my wife noticed the EQ, but she didn’t say anything. Overall my wife isn’t going to weigh in much. I think she thinks getting fillers wasn’t needed and probably thinks it’s a bit strange to have something injected into my penis. We’ve had a great sex life. That said, we regularly use large toys, including penis sheaths, so I have plenty of experience with what size she can take or prefers. One thing that kind of sucks about fillers is wearing a sheath doesn’t seem like an option. She can take 8 Inch length and 7 Inch Girth fairly easily and I don’t have ambitions of gaining that kind of Girth.
