How long since you're last "touchup" round? Some practitioners have had success with Kenalog and or 5fu individually and in combination to dissolve and soften some of the nodules that form from PMMA. Have you tried anything like that?

I hope this isn’t too instructive, but did your friend pass away from too much PMMA or other causes? That would be scary
