Exactly 2 months and 3 days later, I'm back at Avanti for Round 2 of the Utmost procedure. Again, Dr. Morales and Ian did not disappoint. My first round was very successful. I'm already excited about what I'm seeing just a few hours after my second procedure. For those interested, here is the link to my first post for my first experience:

My stats before Round 1:
Beginning stats:
Flaccid length = 4"
Flaccid girth= 4"
Bone Pressed erect length = 6.5"
Erect girth = 5"

My stats 60 days after Round 1:
6.5" Bone pressed erect length
4.5" glans corona
5.0" Erect girth at circ scar
5.25" Erect girth between circ scar and mid-shaft
5.75" Erect girth at mid-shaft
6.0" Erect girth at base

Current stats just 6 hours after Round 2:
Flaccid length = 6"
Flaccid base girth = 6"
Flaccid midshaft girth = 6"
Flaccid neck girth = 5.25"
Bone Pressed erect length = 6.5"
Erect base girth = 6.75"
Erect midshaft girth = 6"
Erect neck girth = 5.5"

Comments:
1) Focus on round 2 was uniformity, girth and volume, filling in the narrow rings
2) Dr. Morales used 6 cc's of 30% Linnea to fill in the base and narrow ring gaps, then used 12 cc's of 10% Linnea for uniformity and volume throughout. 18 cc's total for round 2. She did a phenomenal job. Quite the artist.
3) This round seems to have less swelling and less bruising but more product exiting injection sites. Ian said to massage them well and I will lose product, but predicts I won't lose more than a total of 1/2 cc in all.
4) Had less swelling and bruising this time but more bleeding. Supposedly caused by the significant tissue growth from round 1 where I gained 0.75" in girth. Makes sense.
5) Dr. Morales noted that I had zero nodules, and that my round 1 product and new tissue was very soft and pliable. She noted that was ideal and was a good sign that I was diligent in stretching and massaging post-op. She said many guys come back and have nodules, and hard lumps which is an indicator of not enough stretching and massaging. Punchline? Stretch and massage gents . . . get it done!

Thanks for posting your 2nd round. Shows how important post care matters. I have a few spots where I can feel the transition between 10% and the 30% and hope Dr Morales can correct next time. I’ll keep posted to see how your 4 week is looking.

For sure bro. Just trying to pay it forward for all those that posted and gave me the knowledge to make a decision on my PE journey. Hopefully what I post will be helpful to others.

Observations 48 hours after round 2.

- Holes are finally starting to quit leaking when I massage. I pressed and massaged them pretty damn good the past two days. They leaked, but better than getting nodules and malformities.

- I'm wearing the weighted noose ball all day long, giving it a break at night when I sleep. Hyper focused on reducing retraction. I'm also wearing my leg strap PeniMaster Pro while I sleep, until it agitates and then I take it off.

- I'm definitely massaging, but much less than I had to on round 1. I assume because there is already significant volume and structure and round 2 is just building on that.

- I had an Erection almost immediately upon returning to my hotel room. They seem to be way more frequent and full earlier than after round 1. Not sure what that's about but I'll take it.

- Dr. Morales did an amazing job with round 2! I had a severe taper from 5" at the neck to 5.75" midshaft. There was clearly a visible and physical "cliff" effect to the taper. She made that completely go away with round 2 and now it's very close to perfectly uniform. I'm mostly amazed at how she was able to do that and manage the area near and under the circ scar so well. There is still a bit of a cone taper, but it's extremely subtle and I prefer it. Couldn't be happier so far.

- The first round was 22 cc's from what I recall. This second round was 18 cc's. So I'm at about 40 cc's of filler right now and the volume and weight are nothing like I've ever felt. Not even max pumping. My penis is just simply heavy and feels like it has real mass.

- Also, I know I have some swelling, but it's much much less than after round 1.

- Bruising is still prevalent, but I'm no where near as sore or tender as I was after round 1. Round 2 is currently proving to be a breeze. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

- After round 1 I had sex with my wife on Day 6. I'm definitely waiting longer this time, but I won't make it the full 2 weeks. My wife leaves to Miami for a girls weekend getaway next weekend, so I need to send her off completely fulfilled. HA! This time it will be about 7.5 days after treatment. I'm not promoting breaking the 14 day guideline, but . . .

Current Erect stats, although swelling must be considered:
5.5" neck
5.75" circ scar
6.25" mid shaft
6.5" base

I'll re-post stats on day 30.

Jealous of the gains you've gotten from this round! I got 18cc this second round and my gains seem minimal so far. I'll post my update at day 10 when things are more concrete

Well, I posted early while having swelling, so I’m totally expecting to lose 10-15% of the gains. That percent range came from Ian. If I’m still holding 6” mid-shaft by day 30, then I’ll be super stoked. If not, I’ll be back out for round 3 this summer.

Can’t wait to read your post on day 10.

Bruising is already going away.

Fighting a potential Nodule, but currently winning. Had to take a sterilized clothes pin to it this morning, which was a good choice. It didn't hurt, but a good amount of fluid came out and the Nodule receded to nothing. Just going to keep diligent on massaging and not getting nodules.

Swelling is basically gone and vascularity already returned. Definitely going to always battle the tight retraction ring between midshaft and circ scar. Frustrating that it's already returning. I've done everything I can to reduce retraction and I've been diligently massaging, stretching and consistently getting erections. Ian said it's just my natural body and genetics right there. It's super subtle but because its my Dick, it stands out to me.

5 days later. All bruising is gone. All swelling is gone. Vascularity is back. No nodules yet. Been massaging like crazy and have improved the narrow ring area between circ scar and mid-shaft. Healing was much faster this time, not sure why, but I'll take it. Really nice tapered cone shape.

Current Erect measurements:
BPEL: 6.5"
Neck: 5.5"
Circ scar: 5.75"
Below circ scar: 6.0"
Mid-shaft: 6.25"
Base shaft: 6.5"

Loving the gains so far and hope it all stays. Not sure I can wait until Thursday to try it out on my wife. LOL! I couldn't imagine waiting an entire week more.

Thanks bro. So far so good. Today is officially one week and I’m currently holding all the gains which is great. I didn’t expect that to happen. I hope it’s the same by day 30 but I recall with round 1 that my measurements by day 7 or so were what ended up being permanent. I guess I really didn’t have as much swelling this time as I thought.

My plan forward is continued massage, day 30 start pumping lightly, pump for two months, schedule round 3 for mid-May which is 90 days from round 2.
