TOPIC: Avanti Derma PMMA - December 1, 2022 (pics)

Fellas here's my first progress report from my first round of PMMA at Avanti Derma (Dr. M) that I had done on December 1, 2022. While being bigger is something I've always wanted, I certainly would not have gone through with the procedure had it not been for the numerous amounts of successful progress reports I read and the positive feedback I received from so many of you, so thank you. I received 12cc of 30% and 8cc of 10%, signature package.

Starting measurements:
FL: 4"
FG: 4.2"
BPEL: 6.8"
NBPEL: 6.0"
Erect neck: 4.8"
MEG: 5.2"
BEG: 5.0"

10 day post op measurements:
FL: 4.5"
FG: 5.2"
BPEL: 6.8"
NBPEL: 6.0"
Erect neck: 5.0"
MEG: 5.8"
BEG: 5.5"

While it isn't without some aesthetic imperfections (expected), I definitely like the look and feel of the bigger size. I hope to accomplish some some better symmetry with another round in the future.

I go in Wed 12/14 for my first round with Dr Morales. I’ve got similar starting stats and would be very happy to get results like yours. Did you have any retraction problems initially? It looks like there was significant swelling in the first 24 hours. Any suggestions or things you learned from your first round that you could share?

I used to retract quite a bit, especially when I was at the gym or anxious and would be around 3" in length. Since the procedure I've not dropped below 4" in length Flaccid and that alone is awesome. I swelled up a ton my first 48hrs that at one point I was 7" Flaccid. I don't have any crucial advice to share that you may benefit from that you don't already know from perusing these forums. Just follow their instructions and you'll be just fine. Good luck!

That’s reassuring, My big day is tomorrow (12/14) and I’m equal nervous and excited to finally get this done. I’ll be staying Wed-Sat to get proper recovery time and give time to have follow-ups with Ian to help with shaping. Wish me luck!!

I was so nervous that I nearly backed out as I was literally sitting in their chair in the gown. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did it.

You won’t regret it. It’s surreal and you can’t believe you’re doing it until it’s done. Then you’re so glad you did.

30 Days Post Op
Erect neck: 5.0"
MEG: 5.8"
BEG: 5.5"

Sex has been a night and day difference. The girl I've been seeing for a year never had complaints at my pre-op size but now she wants it ALL the time and she's so much more into it. After the first few times of breaking in the new size I asked her to describe how it felt. She stated before it felt like a hotdog inside of her and now it feels like a can. Worth every damn dollar.
I'm pretty confident I'll have round 2 in the future. Would really like to get my base and middle to at least 6" and hopefully some more volume above my circ line.

Today I scheduled my second round of PMMA for February 15, 2023.

Question for you guys, am I getting the second round too soon? Avanti recommended a minimum of six weeks before an additional round and by the date of my appointment I'll be at ten weeks. Just curious what your guys' thoughts are. Appreciate any feedback!

Avanti also told me min 6 weeks also. I was Dec 13th. I’m also scheduled for 2/15, so I’m right there with ya. I’ll be at 8 weeks and feel solid about it. Another buddy of mine also had his done mid-Dec but he’s waiting 3-6 months. I’m sure some will say it’s too quick, but I’m going off the pros at Avanti.

I've heard the first 12hrs is super important for shaping, but how were you able to shape with that much swelling! 7" Flaccid. Wow! Glad you're happy with the final results and everything worked out. I'm going in for my first round March 21st. Cheers!

Any updated pics after the second round?

@GrandMarkster - I just massaged it excessively until it was symmetrical and kept repeating that every other hour

@Carter - I don't have my second round until 2/15
