I researched Penuma vs filler for the last 8 months and decided on PMMA - Bellafill
At first I wanted Penuma I was on Dr.Taj's schedule had my plane tickets bought and hotel booked but I cancelled (lost deposit) I canceled because of how physical my job is combined with tossing and turning at night and shutting down my business for 6 weeks It was a bad fit. Dr.Taj dose say to treat you Penis like a rolex and I don't even think I could have treated it like a Casio - I kind of talked myself into trying to make it work. but realized I would mess up my penis
I went to Dr.Rupeka in Warren OH - I did 11 syringes of Bellafill
So far im really happy with the results
It is supposed to fill in over time as collagen forms . Also you can always add more later.

At first when It got done it immediately looked all lumpy - but everything settled down to look good

My aftercare routine
I got this done 6/2 . When I left the doctors office I got an Uber back to my Truck ( semi truck ) . I messaged the entire penis like the doctor showed me . This was the only instruction the doctor said I needed . I asked If I should take Tadalafil or use Urowrap ( bandage ) . He said that I can and it would help but the messaging is the biggest difference maker .
I took a 10 MB tadalafil to prevent retraction . and put on a urowrap to reduce swelling .
I wear the Urowrap wile sleeping but plan to stop because I have had no swelling .

Day 1 messaging felt a little painfull but nothing I couldn't deal with . Day 2 was less and day 3 feels slightly tender .
Other than the injection points I wouldn't know the difference to the touch or by looking . It looks and feels like my penis to me ( other than the size )
I spend the most time messaging at the injection points to try and breakup any scar tissue as it forms .

At this point when my penis fully retracts and shrinks my post opp Flaccid Girth is almost as much as my pre op Erect Girth

most of the bruising is gone as you can see in the pics - The entry points for the needle are almost invisible and when I message those spots It feels much more like the rest.

It has been 1 week since I got saw DR.Rupeka , I took pictures of my penis in different states . I have seen a wide variation in how the Penis can look with filler depending on the Flaccid to Erect % . I booked my next appointment with the Doctor for August . I am really impressed with how It came out - to me it all looks symmetrical , I feel like he applied it perfectly - Obviously we have to see how much and where my body decides to build collagen .

All my bruising is gone and the injection points almost feel like nothing .

I read a lot about people having product move around . I was so nervous about filler migrating . My experience Is that the Bellafill stayed put - When I was massaging
the first day It fell like I could move or mold it a little . But by the time I woke up the next day it seemed to stay put . I wore Urowrap the first night to apply even pressure everywhere on my penis . I asked the DR. after the injections about migrating filler and weather the Bellafill can migrate back into the body cavity . He told me that it is not possible and I can tell you after having had it I don't think It is possible . I don't know If its the brand filler or the DR.s technique but that's my experience anyway .

Measurements haven't changed to my surprise .
