Bellafill **IS** PMMA, more specifically, the (patented) American iteration of PMMA. However, the reason PMMA Phalloplasty hasn't taken off in the States with Bellafill is both cost (arguably too expensive per-cc), and the fact that its carrier (bovine) agent isn't optimal for penile application. That isn't to say it can't work, but may require more due diligence and downtime. I would NOT undergo Bellafill from a non-Sponsor, I've seen too many poor results from those who are jumping on the PMMA bandwagon.
