Ideally you want to stay in town for a few days; if you have to fly with a still-recovering penis, be sure to wear breathable, baggy pants, and anticipate excusing yourself once or twice to massage your unit in the bathroom during your travel. My flight is only six hours. I don't mess with it too much in the air if I can help it as I'm not completely confident that I can wash my hands well enough in an airplane's bathroom. That's why I like the ball and noose extender for the healing period over the vacuum extender that you attach to your leg. The former you can just put on and leave it while the later you need to take off and massage out every hour or so. I just didn't massage during the flight, and everything worked out fine.
