That being fluid swelling up right below the glans (basically in my Foreskin). Will this go away? I'm really nervous - its caused a lump to appear when Erect that is quite noticeable. What could be causing the fluid to swell up, its in the same area where I was injected maybe that? Got injected 2 days ago.
Pictures would help get a better idea of what's going on. How long after your last round did you see these issues?

Yeah pics are showing now.
If it's not sore or rapidly changing, I'd honestly be a bit patient. All kinds of odd swelling can happen within the first few days after receiving filler. If it was me I'd take a breath and just wait. You yourself can react differently every session too.

Possibly edema. Seeings how it's HA I wouldn't be terribly alarmed (it can be reduced or dissipated in Clinic) but I'd be curious to see or hear what Dr. Mata has to say.
Swelling can and does happen from time to time with fillers, and it's usually a combination of time and some minor revision work to get it under control. It's been less than a week since injections, correct? I think waiting for word from your performing physician would be most wise.
