Yes, PMMA is permanent.

I have progress pics throughout my thread and will be posting more soon.

The only glans enhancement that DrC does is HA and its temporary, like 3-6mo. Other than it being temporary, I am not aware of any negative effects.

Yes, I am extremely happy with my results and decision to get the procedure (both rounds) done!
