Had a second so uploading some Flaccid and semi Flaccid update pics. I'll try and grab some Erect ones soon. Definitely liking the Flaccid appearance more than I ever have.

I still want to even out the hump I have Erect a bit and increase a bit more to end up settling out more like the size I was with swelling a couple days after. I'll email to set up an appointment for a few more syringes.

It's crazy how you forget. Looking back it's pretty insane really.

I never saved pics of myself pre Circumcision either so that would make it even more dramatic lol.

The difference of my original unit to now is so night and day that I can't actually believe "that was me" at one point in my life. And because of that decision, it's changed sex life for the better in ways that I can't quantify.

thanks for your detailed account of your journey. Much appreciated. I went to the beginning of your thread and you mentioned you were happy with your Circumcision procedure. May I ask which doctor you used and where is he located?

Yes I had a Circumcision done due to Phimosis. It was a Dr Hassan (not sure if spelled correctly). But it was done through provincial health care here and covered as a medical need. I don't know if he does paid cosmetic work. Great guy though.

Going in Tuesday for another fill. Haven't decided on volume but I might just swing for the fence and get 8-10 syringes and then just relax until next year. Cosmetically the aim is to finish evening out the hump, I want to continue to even it out cylindrically from base to circ so I'd assume that will take more in the 6-10 syringe range. I'm super happy with everything so far though!

Amazing thread. Did you get glands increased as well?

Wondering if glands can actually be increased here as well in the way they state.

Up until now I've skipped the glans. I'm just not sure if it's worth it. Although... Since my last fill... Maybe I might consider it. Still waiting for things to settle but it's quite massive. I also have a fairly large circ scar area so maybe doing the ridge of the glans would help mask it. I'm going to ask next time I'm in. I'm honestly not hung up on aesthetics and never have been so it's not like it bothers me. Over all though I have to say I am EXTREMELY happy with Dr Leonardo's injection abilities, his contouring, and just his over all process. He's also a great guy to get along with. I guess the only downside is that I'm approaching my max lol. I wanted around 8" and I am getting close.

Here's a pic, almost fully Flaccid. If I'm cold I get a little bit of a pig in blanket but that's almost completely stopped now. I'll try and get some good Erect pics. It definitely doesn't look exactly natural but that's what I want. Overall the aesthetics are good and improving. It'll be two weeks on Tuesday since my last 8 syringes. I don't think I'll do any more adds over 4. I likely will end up doing one more of those sooner than later and past that it'll just be maintaining.

Couldn't be happier with Dr Leonardo.

Absolutely massive. You have a gland I would say is on the larger side of things so it's still fairly proportional. Definitely would like to see and update Erect picture. I'm sure it's in you progress report but what is your BPEL and EG at this point?

Agreed. Looks pretty proportional due to what appears to be above average glands.

If I'm really Erect it's decently proportional. Sometimes it's definitely dwarfing the glans(5.5"). I'll get accurate measurements Monday morning when I go back in... Lol...

But my shaft last I checked varies from almost 8" in areas to most of it being a bit over 7.5. It's definitely huge.

When you are full Erect is it pretty smooth looking or is there unevenness?

I like the massive size that is attainable with PMMA but I also like the more natural look of the graft. I'm very torn at this point.
