The idea of 24/7 stretching probably is the best way to gain some length. But the method that was described by Dr.Loria probably will not add anything to Erect length because you need to "overstretch" your penis to gain Erect length. For example, if you have 6.5 BPEL, your BPFSL should be 7" or more. So if you want to have 7.5" BPEL, you should stretch your Flaccid stretched length (BPFSL) to at least 8". How can this be done if your stretched length with this implanted device is smaller than your Erect length?
