 Has anyone used this ? I have never done and lengthening and want something comfortable I can wear a few hours each day when I am alone at home. This produce looks nice but like smalljay mentioned in the other thread I find the autoextender website very confusing. Also I a very curious how long it takes to put this thing on if anyone is using it.

Also if you used the X4labs extender please let me know if you like it ?

 Thanks Smalljay, I ordered a "miracle slider" on ebay. It was fairly cheap and a few guys on PEGym said they really liked it. They recommend ordering a second one so you can use two straps at once increasing comfort. I saw lots of reports of bad experiences with the nooses, so I will stick with the straps. I will check back in if I see some results down the road in 6 or 12mo.

I had the ESL40 a few years ago but neither the med nor large ever fit me properly so I never used them. Also I am just not a big fan of the ADS concept. I would rather use an extender. Just my personal preference.
