That's an iPhone X (6.25') and it's a little curved since im taking the pic with my tablet (2 hands), so I think I'm just above 6.5' here completely soft. It's pretty cool in this room and I don't have a soft tape measure available. 8' is what I measured a week ago after spending all day in the LA heat so maybe I've retracted from that point or maybe it's just not the right conditions. At this size it varies a lot.
In a weird way it's reassuring that you guys think I'm bullshitting. I can only hope it continues to go better than expected. I'd give you an erect measurement but it still gets uncomfortably strained when I get near 100% so I think I have a few more days to go. Today is the start of week 3 so I still have 2 more weeks before I'm expected to be ready for sex anyway.
I don't have permission to see my own image. Is that just because I'm new?

Well the surgery puts a silicone implant into your Dick that's bigger than your Dick is on its own. You instantly gain length and width. I thought retraction only happens if you remove it? How can it possibly retract to smaller than the size of the implant if you haven't removed it?

Message Man is talking about losing length in the Erection state. If you didn't lose any length while Erect, you're the first guy in over 10 years not to lose any length.

You have to measure standing up against a wall, pull your 8" Flaccid elist penis straight out at 90 degrees to your body, measure from your body without pushing against your skin to the tip of your 8" elist penis...what do you read? do same when Erect. Use your iPhone again if you want as a measuring tool and send pix..
If you are new, you can't see photos but if you start a thread like you did here and you have few real photos, you should be able to see ALL photos in site, I think...Mods will chime in I am sure.
I am looking forward to seeing some real 8" pix....seriously!
elist for president!

Right now I have the same length Erect... Really I don't see how it's possible to lose length unless you get an implant that's not as long as your Erect length was to begin with. It's attached to your glans on one end and the rest of your body on the other end so it can never go below that size. I guess it could if you retract so hard that you overpower the silicone, but it seems like you'd perforate before that happens.
Actually it just occrred to me, something that might be relevant. I have a little bit of acne where he was planning to do the incision, so he moved it down about an Inch to avoid penetrating that. Maybe this affected the suture placement or something. I doubt it really matters but I thought I'd mention it.
The horror stories are definitely a vocal minority. Elist has been working for 15+ years and we only have like 20 horror stories, that I've seen anyway. Sure this implant might have an unnacceptable complication rate, but I'd bet the majority of the 1300+ people don't have serious problems with it like impotence or permenant damage. But again I'm not endorsing it. Definitely recommend against it, knowing what I know now.
Anyway here's a pic of ~85% (6.25' phone + ~0.25', what I started with). I didn't get a pre-op Erect pic but I'll post my pre-op Flaccid once my phone has internet again.
And believe me mustang I want to see 8' too. I'll spend all day next to the radiator if I have to.

If the implant is stitched to shaft and glans at 8", The shaft is solid silicon, then you should measure 8" ANY TIME.....how can an 8" solid implant go down to 6" or so?
I "think" you are repeating elist words...
Enjoy it while you can, it will be out in a few months or less and then you will be sitting at 4-5" Erect if you are lucky....medical science don't lie, elist does. Good you have shit loads of money, You will need it for sure!

Did a bit of soul searching and coming to terms with my present reality. So far I'm not having any significant problems. I have one small issue where I have slight swelling on the top that looks like a small senoma, so they asked me to come in some time so Elist can make sure nothing is wrong (I live nearby so its nbd).
Up until this point everything has been going more or less as promised. I think I had a crazy initial stretch or I got excited and measured wrong, the 8" measurement was just a couple days post op. Right now in a warm room I can get up to 7.1" BPEL, and EG tapers from 6" to 7". Flaccid is 6.5" with FG from 5" to 6". Pre op I had no taper, 6.5" BPEL, 4.5" EG, 4" FL, 4" FG.
The implant continues to soften, but being a structure with a U-shape it can tend to take on a weird (very wide) form if I allow it to bend up or down too much. There's a lot of factors going into that though and it will definitely improve over time.
I think I'm at the point where it's safe so say nothing catastrophic (rupture, ED, total sens loss, penis falls off, etc) is going to happen. Reading other stories of non-catastrophic failures/removals fills me with hope. Especially messageman, it's really impressive that you were able to rebound and come out on top. And people pretty consistently retain some girth after removal which is what I was after in the first place, so its comforting knowing that it won't be a total waste if I do end up getting it removed.
Overall 1 month in: No pain, minor erection discomfort. Very satisfied with flaccid appearance. Erect performs well. Hopeful for the future. Wish the implant was softer. Oh and I hope dorsal sensation returns.
Oh and I never lost length. Most of the stories I read (and the info packet from the office) said you lose length for the first 6 months from sutures holding back your erection, but I was always 6.5" or above. So that's good I think.

I am not attacking you, but many things you say are not correct, or, as usual, you have been lied to by elist and are repeating his words not what is happening.
1 month no pain, dorsal sensation will never return, you were 6.5" now you are 7.1" ( amazing that an implant can add a 0.6" magical EL), nothing catastrophic is going to happen?
"IF" and only IF elist can document and really show his implant can add 0.6" of EL, He will have people lined up at his office.
All he has now are "first time victims" at his office, next time they come back for problems or for removal. I know.......
Can't see your new photos by the way. Send the mods an email and they'll fix it for ya.

Well of course it can. It's a solid implant that's bigger than your Dick was. If your skin doesn't break then your penis stretches. There are no other outcomes. Prior to this I was able to stretch to about that length anyway. Your Flaccid stretch limit is higher than your Erect length.
No pain probably has to do with a lot of factors. Off the top of my head: being careful, following directions, staying hydrated, having a history of stretching and pumping, taking initiative on improving recovery with supplements. It's probably mostly luck though. I saw another guy said elist underestimated his EG so the mesh was too tight. I didn't give them any Erect measurements either so I can only assume they eyeball it. Must have got mine right though because I have no problem with the implant size. And like I said it was inserted an Inch or so below where they normally do the incision so that might have contributed to my instant results.

Do you think the way you measured , before implant and after, is consistent and is accurate to show 0.6" increase in EL?
Measuring Erect length accurately is very very chalenging even for Dr's and pros. I know I can easily be off 0.2-0.35" due to many factors including human error.
It will be great to post some pix of how you measured.
Did you contact mods about your problems posting your pix here?

If you are for real, you are in for a very rude awakening. I have have contact with literally dozens of men who started out 'ok' only to have enormous (catastrophic) issues later on....such as severe penis shortening, loss of sensation, and Penile curvature....Not to mention the fact that ever single one of your partners will be aware that there is something 'plastic' in your Dick.
Again, if you are for real, I wish you the best of luck....I just don't want somebody reading your story to be uninformed of the potential (and likely) consequences.
