I also wanted to include upon meeting with Dr. Gary Alter . I mentioned to him how I have pain's on the left under side of my glan's area. He showed me some picture's of Removal''s he has done in past patient's and examined my penis. Said most likely where the implant was sutured a sharp edge is protruding inside and hitting my nerve's constantly when I have sex. He suggested refraining from sex as much as possible until Removal. To prevent long-term nerve damage. Wanted to share this information in case any other member's are experiencing same complication with implant and plan to remove.

Do you only have this pain under the glans during sex or do you have it constantly?

I was going to ell you not to have sex and no masturbation either, any movement of the implant will damage the sexual nerves, sorry not trying to scare you, just baby it as much as possible till Removal. Wear loose clothing, try not to sleep on your stomach, don't let it get squeezed in any way.

The pain in my case was constant near the glans and increased a lot more when having sex. Climax was always hindered and reduced when I had my elist implant. Even today I have some pain right behind the glans when having sex but it has reduced.

You would have thought the nerves would have recovered once left alone.

Its definitely scar tissue all over inside there. Elist sure screws up a mans penis while he's counting his money, you're crying in pain knowing you will never get your original penis back.

I have pain when my penis is erected and I am having any type of sexual activity. Oral / Penetrative sex. I actually pin pointed the exact area where the pain is coming from. If I am touched or the implant move's in that area even when Flaccid I feel pain. But generally there is no pain unless physical contact in that particular area.

are you saying had pain 24/7 constantly under glan's? Even when there was no physical contact to your penis ?

Tomorrow I am scheduled for surgery with Dr. Gelman at 1PM for Removal. Will keep updated on my recovery progress.

Good luck, I wish you the best. Tell the Dr how your penis used to hang when Erect, it will help him to try to restore the original angle.

Yesterday I had the Removal. I checked into UCI Hospital around 12PM. My surgery was delayed and started around 3-4PM . Dr. Gelman operate's in a state of the art facility . Upon waking up I felt a little groggy, I had an allergic reaction the adhesive tape they had placed over my eyes. My eyes looked all swollen and puffy. The first time urinating I can happily say it feel's so good to feel the touch of my natural penis without that exploding dildo inside of me. I can feel some scar tissue on the top shaft of my penis. My penis isn't Turtling too bad Flaccid , around 2.5 Inches. I haven't had the chance to measure EL yet. I will keep posted on that.

IF anyone can give me good advice on stretchers, Pumps, Hanging devices. Would be greatly appreciated. I am expecting EL lost so I want to regain my original pre-op length ( 5.7 Inches ) and PLUS some more !! Messageman has been giving me alot of great advice and his story give's me motivation and courage knowing I can regain what has been lost..
