But I have a problem when I had these injections done I was single. But now I am partnered and we met just after the last lot of treatment. Ive never told them that I have had some enhancements to my manhood they have been enjoying. So I have a dilemma now about telling them or working out how to explain it away if I go for a top up Has anyone been in this situation before? Any advice? For me, this is something that I would try to keep to myself. I guess it depends on the type of relationship you have. Just casually dating, don't say anything. If this is a long haul relationship, then I agree, there really isn't a need to keep secrets. Funny, but this could actually be a test of your relationship. If you feel you can totally trust him with the information, great. If not, it could bring to light potential issues. I think I would not bring it up. I mean do you need to say that you went to the gym 5 times a week for your body? No DO you need to say you went to the dentist every 6 months to keep your teeth in good shape? I would say no. Do you need to say you have 2 crowns on your teeth? No I would not mention it. Sex is very complicated, people fantasize about all sorts of things when having sex. What would be the benefit of telling him? What's the reason for telling him?
