nice one Heimdall, glad to hear it's under control.

did they decide to cut out the Necrosis because it was spreading, or because you have a virus which complicated everything? i ask because i have read that often the Necrosis is best left to scab over and fall away. but perhaps yours wasn't considered 'superficial'?

Well it was spreading as it doubled it's size in few days as I said. And to protect the inside tissues so it won't spread to the PMMA inside.

I am fine when they'll give me those painkillers, but I have to say that as soon as they wear off I am starting to feel bad.
Not because of it is so painful, but because this is really heavy load on my mind. It's easy to stay positive when there's a lot of opiates in your blood stream. Ofc after they wear off it's also a kind of a crash.

I really really hope it stays under control and it wont spread. This is so very frustrating, but I guess there is just nothing more to do than just wait.

You might want to ask something for the feelings as well so you don't have to deal with them with opioids. This is in Finland right? I am surprised you were even given opioids as they have been traditionally skittish about giving them. Of course times change and it's been almost 20 years since I moved away.

So there seems to be a 'skin pocket' (maybe thats called abscess in English, I don't know) right side of the hole which is emitting pus when squeezed.

Now I am in a line for the operation. Doctor said that they most likely will do another small hole for help and then they are going to take a rubber band or similar through it to help open that skin pocket. Basicly like holding a bag handle.

Then surgeon is going to clean that pocket throughly. Hopefully after that it's finally going to stop and settles down.

Once again it looks really fucking horrible and I've shrunken down to about 10cm FL (probably due the stress and body is pulling it inside).

Very hard on the emotional side, but still fighting. I've been through much more worse shit in my life which is actually threatened my life so I am going to get through this one too.

Situation is under control.

Any of you know is that white stuff actually PMMA/collagen? Dr. tried yesterday scratch it yesterday but it didn't move.

I suggest looking into a naturopath and inquire about colloidal silver 10 15 parts per million . I struggled with staph infections for many years which are resistant to most antibiotics . Colloidal silver literally saved my life. It can be used safely with conventional antibiotics. Best of luck.

Time is the best healer. Everything is under control with your doctors so won't get worse, and time will heal the scar.

Is the blame for this be mostly on you getting no antibiotics when having the procedure? Perhaps Dr N should be notified if you have not already.

I believe that Dr. N's mistake was to inject the another anesthetic needle right at the middle shaft. She didn't do that on 1st round.

There is no sign of the PMMA injection site at all - that was gone like in few days like at the last time.

Rest of it is just shitty luck with me getting wrong diagnosis before the operation.

If it didn't move when scratched and I think PMMA is white, then it probably is the PMMA.

Informing Dr N could avert this in the future.

you have to tell dr n what happened, Heimdall.

also i was told by a doctor that anaesthtics with adrenalinne in can cause Necrosis and shouldn't be used on some parts of the body

I'll tell Dr. N when I'll have time to do that. Now I have to take care of myself. The harsh truth is that Dr. N really woesn't probably care at all. Penis enlargement is really fucking shady business and this whole episode is one example of that.

I informed my Dr's that anasthetics with adrenaline can cause Necrosis and they avoided using that when they operated me yesterday. They are putting me to sleep for the operation this time.

I am going to spent few days with the rubber band keeping the wound open, so all that pus can be drained properly.
I am so fucking lost at the moment you can't even imagine it. This is living hell.

Wish I were a rich guy who could go to private hospital and get things done ASAP. But no. Here I am waiting my turn in a queue which might turn out that I have to wait to tomorrow. Meanwhile I am not allowed to eat or drink anything.

Really have to force myself not to have a mental breakdown here as it is purely and only waiting. What the fuck am I gonna do if this turns out bad after all...?

Do Dr N patients have bad luck or is she maybe not the person to go to? We all know PMMA has potential for poor reactions, but couldn't the issue's of Hellbent, Nagianati, Numbers22, Superman and now Heimmdall have been avoided? None of these issue's seem to be foreign body reactions per se, but more due to either poor injection technique or infection.

Have you told the Doctors about your mental state?

Maybe they can give you something for it?

I don't know but try finding me someone that could go through what you're going through that would handle it well. They wil thus understand.

I sympathise with your point about waiting. I used to be a big supporter of socialised health care. I've paid lots of tax but nevr grudged it because the poor can't do without. Having been so badly failed when I finally need care, however, I regret this support. Let me keep what I earn and give myself a fighting chance.
