A little extra fat settled at end of shaft by Foreskin..nothing major but checking on getting it fixed. also very small lump on right side of shaft(barely noticeable but is there)...Will decide between Dr Maercks, Dr Mata or Dr Ibrahim after phone consults. Feel comfortable with all 3 doctors. Price and distance main factor. There are things you can do to make it wear of quicker like using dmso, or having steroid injections like what Dr Oates recommends or having very conservative amounts of Lipodissolve (because it's very powerful apparently) I actually am in a similar situation cos I have an equally crappy filler in me. Surely for the money he charges he should have fixed you issue without you needing to pay for HA and also he should fix your current issue. I'd go with Ibrahim or Mata if I were you. I don't know anything about them, but surely they can't be as big a rip off as Maerks. I think Dr Giunta offers considerably reduced prices for patients who need top ups of fat for more size or corrections. In know Dr Viel in London stores fat and charges just '100 for top ups.
