At those prices he can't be using Voluma. I've bought direct from French pharmacies before and it was more expensive than that.

well i call him to ask and said it was and that he was using macrolane before but voluma was actually better, I called him out on the price and he said that he was bying a lot as he s doing around 5 per day and that if i wanted to ahve macrolane it was fine for him as it s much cheaper for him.

i know the price sounds dodgy ... but openly lying on the product you use when you re in a country like france and have such visibility on the web would sound crazy for me as well... but i am probably to trustfull on this ..

let s remember that clinics are sometimes taking not far from 1000% margins on those things .. the spanish doctor who injected macrolane charged me 1000 euros for 10 ml while i am sure he can have it for 125'/10ml and this was already pretty cheap compare to the market...

anyway i understand the doubt about it as the price is very very cheap .. I think i will still give it a try and of course i will ask to see the box when i am there ..

It still doesn't add up. The French trade price for 20 cc is 1825 euros + tax. So over 2000 euros. Wholesale prices just aren't that low. Even if he got a 25% discount, he'd still be paying 1500 euros.

I tried to contact allergan in the US and france but they are very opac about it they prices and everything as "they only deal proffessional of the medical field"

One thing to take into is therefore that alleergan only sells to practicians and health professionals therefore the price you are talking about online is NOT the real price but the price B2C of a distributor that already takes its margins on it ( i dont know how much it would be as i am not a specialist in the pharmaceutical field but i guess likely to 50% or easily more). Actual practiciens having program and buying shemes with allergan directly they will pay much less that this price.

basically what i am trying to say is that buying from a pharmacie is not that different than buying to the doctor in term of intermediaries taking their margins on the product. So of course it would still sounds really cheap to pay 1500' for the operation (that includes medical fees and surgeon time as well) when you can buy online for 2000' but not that impossible though ..

so lets be conservative : if the guy makes only 300 euros margins on the product (probably does more), at 1 operation a day (he claimed much more but lets be conservative again) and taking out the weekends and hollidays that would still be around 70.000'/year .. for someone who does not have personal or a big structure and independant surgeons to pay (such Androfill) this is already a pretty good deal for 1h of work per day.

Hey Mat, Thanks , Yes i really did get some good Girth gains but just couldn't keep up with maintenance , I don't plan on doing any pe'ing after all this as found it all a little tiresome . I'm sure stretching is ok after , I probably would'nt jelq .

Hoddle is spot on. There is no way that is juverderm voluma, 100% guaranteed. Somewhere there is a miscommunication. This is macrolane which is fine for your ass, not your Cock IMO. Ask him to send a picture of the box.. Androfill is doing 5+ a day of these procedures and dr Horn has a clinic in Paris so they're buying power is good and that is below cost. I know because I harassed Francis for his buy price when he was pleading poverty on my top up price as I've now had o we 20 ml so get the lowest price.

well i screened all the french forums and espcially on doctissimo there are a lot of very good coment about him ..

too good actually, those seems to be pretty obvious chills.. (the kind that would have been busted pretty quick here ) poeple posting with suposendtly real names, obvious pattern in reviews structures, poeple bragging way too much how sex is so much better for them and girlfriend and saying that that they will go for more now that they are at 15 cm so they can get to 18 cm, and saying that its fine if other don t want to do it and stay with a small d... then you can find some of the same coments on the videos (and sometimes on every one of the three videos !) with no other liked video ..

eventhough it s a comon comercial strategy and i know procedure is not that risky, this is more off putting for me than the price which i could have find an explanation for it .. i am still going to have an other conversation with him about that next week and let you know its still seems worth a try

Yes i know i saw it as well because i was trying to figure out, that s when i suspected he was using a "voluma" but maybe not JUVERDEM voluma..i asked a price estimation for supplier of juvederm that seemed cheap to have an idea. but in any case those will be distributors so not the kind of price doctors actually have
