I have a lump/Nodule at the point of entry of the needle.
Before that (between entry point and penishead, right after entry point) there is a squishy area. Perhaps it is because it's a 'hole', just skin, no PMMA.

Idea to counter the lump: doing the next injection on round 2 next to it. And the injection on round 3 on the other side to it. Then the lump should be 'even'?
The hardness itself is not worrying me so, but it's a bit moveable to left and right right now.

Anything else Dr N can do against lumps?

Hello. Going to dr N this friday and re-reading your thread. I read and read and read, but now that I am going in a couple of days pre-op nerves really kicks in. Your thread is really good, but I have not concluded what is best when it comes to massaging. She says little while dr C is the complete opposite. If you had to go again what would you do differently?

It was swollen and looked ok when i looked at it first. I basically did not massage, it being swollen i couldn't 'see' anything much anyway and it looked ok. What i did was take levitra before sleeping and sometimes looked at porn to get an erection. And wear this wardrobe where the penis just freehangs, not a trouser.

What i would do differently:
- Not walk around much after the procedure (duh) - i think it caused my hematoma. (it felt great - but penis was anaesthesized, so of course it felt normal)
- Press in with finger on the entry point of the needle -> that's where i got my only nodule. Don't take bare finger, it should stay sterile. How often to press? "lots of pressing on the entry points during the days after injection"

Thanks. Have pressing on the entry point on my list. Seems to be a common place to get a Nodule. Will go home the same evening so plan is to keep wrapped first 24 hours then unwrap and massage, but will be difficult if it very swollen. Will bring my esl40. Feels Ok using it, but worried about how easy it will be when swollen. Will bring a pair of loose jeans and a pair of sweatpants also. Thanks for your reply. Pre-op nerves really kicking in.

I took 10% in Round 1.
Now thinking about what to take on Round 2.

Why i tend to go with 10%:
- Hardness and lumps could be nigthmarish, stuff that makes you regret things, stuff that makes you fear of being 'found out' by all new girls and stuff like that.
If you get 10% you did a big part of helping against that it seems.
- In the statistics (see link in first post) 30% only makes just a bit more bigger than 10%. Then better just have one more round.
- On the other hand, does 30% give harder erections? And especially 10% in not-round1 lead to small gains?

- Perhaps like this:
Round 1 was with 10%, there seem to be not much differences in gains in the first round between 10 and 30%
Round 2 go 30% to get more gains and hardness,
Round 3 and 4 go 10% again for smoother finish and balancing nodules out
