TOPIC: Biggerbob's Glans HA

I saw Dr. Chung in San Jose Sept. 14th and had 4ml of Juvaderm Ultra injected in my glans. The cost was $700 per ml, so it wasn't cheap. As some of you know, I did this myself once before many years ago. I do not recommend self injecting. Dr. Chung even commented that whoever did my glans before didn't do a good job. I didn't tell her it was me. The doctor did say that she could have injected more, my skin takes it well, but it was my call on when to stop. I didn't want to push it too much.

Overall there is some noticeable improvement, but not a huge amount. I went into this thinking PMMA, I had to re-adjust my reality after i thought about it . I think i will have to go back for another round at the beginning of this next year. I want to give myself some time to see how things settle out before doing this again.

The procedure was pretty easy, zero pain. The only complaint I would have is that I was in the office for 5 hours total. 3 hours of that was waiting on them. Other than that, it was a clean and professional atmosphere.

Bruising from the procedure took awhile to clear up. I haven't had any other issues though. Everything operates normally and was finally able to take it for a test drive with the wife a couple of days ago. Took me a little longer to orgasm than it did previously, time will tell.

but how much does pnma cost? And is it 700 per cc for the shaft too.

Maybe its just me but i dont really see the difference.

Like I said in the post, not a huge gain, but I can tell there is a small difference in the flair and the tip is a little fuller. You won't see massive gains with 4ml. Just physically impossible and I wasn't going to have a crap load injected on the first round no matter what. HA isn't a cure all, just a step in a journey.

I have no idea what PMMA would cost or if she would even do it. Dr. Chung mentioned that she has done shaft procedures, but with Voluma, not PMMA.

Aw man that sucks. I assumed she did PMMA,caha, HA, and Radiesse for the shaft. I guess if you want temporary fillers you can go to her.

I am definitely going to be following this thread. How big of a gain do you think you got? Less than 0.25"? I know with HA in the glans we can't think in PMMA terms (like you said). Butttt if all it took was a yearly HA touch up to maintain even a fuller glans that's 0.25" to 0.5" thicker it'd be worth it to me (coming from a guy with only 4.5" Glans Girth and a big ole PMMA shaft).

Did she mention if she has any before and after pics available during your consult? It's hard to find docs online with believable before and afters... Anyway definitely keep us posted on how this pans out!

@ Sizemic - I wish I had taken before and after measurements now. Kinda F'd that one up. Rough guess, the increase in circumference is just under 1/8", I do plan on going back for a second round after the beginning of the year as long as there are no complications popping up in the next couple of months. More noticeable difference when Erect. It has made the bedroom sessions last longer. I have the same problem as you, small glans tends to retract into the PMMA every so often and I want to see if I can get things proportional again. Still right at 6" mid shaft, so I would like to see if I can expand the glans to 5" or so.

I didn't ask about before and after pics, but I think she has some. I know she took a lot of pictures of me. I told her I didn't have any issues with other people seeing those.

@Smalljay - the blobs occurred because I was injecting as I was pulling the needle out and got HA a bit too shallow. Never really bothered me, kinda figured it gave me a little "ribbed for her pleasure" type of texture. I had to go back and find what product I used, it was Restylane with Novocain. I only did 2ml to myself, bought it from a med supply store in the UK. I would highly recommend that you go see Dr. Chung for a better opinion than mine. That was the one thing that did impress the hell out of me is that she was very concerned about making it look good.

In my email discussions with them, it seems as if they do the temp fillers in the shaft as well right? Meaning if we didn't want to mess with the glans at all, she would do just the shaft?

Did you get the feeling that she was comfortable with the procedure? Or did it seem like it was more of a kind of "once in a while" thing for her?

Their office has been great and informative on the email discussions. But since I have to travel from out of state, it's nice to hear the members experiences (pun intended) there before I make the trip.

They do temp fillers in the shaft, they had done one on Tuesday of that week. I don't know what the pricing would be for that, but in talking with them they have done quite a few of those. I was the 4th glans enhancement that she had done in September. So I would have to say that she was pretty comfortable doing it.

The funniest part was her assistants, they were professional about it, but when I was finally done, they slipped my shorts back up and told me that they would step out so I could have some privacy while getting dressed. I started laughing, asked them if it really mattered after I had my junk Hanging out in front of them for the last 3 hours.

I have a feeling that being in San Jose, Dr. Chung has seen quite a few porn stars, but I didn't ask, just my opinion.

I did say they do temporary filler just not permanent.

i think your results look good, 1 more procedure and u should have nice proportion...

The bumps in the glans are there no matter what. Hard, Flaccid, it doesn't matter.

IMO, I would think that you should be able to get enough product placed under the divots in your glans to raise them up and out.

Were you able to see or discuss what technique Dr. Chung used? There seems to be a big difference in the results.






The circumference of the glans penis is virtually subdivided into three circles (starting from the base of the glans penis at a distance of 1?cm from each other). Then, each circumference is further subdivided into quarter circles where 1?ml of Hyaluronic Acid is injected.


Injection needle was indwelled subcutaneously at proximal one-third from tip of glans to coronal sulcus; thereafter, HA gel was injected by Fan technique.

Dr. Chung did a combination of the "fan" technique and direct injection. She was trying to keep things uniform and looking correct. There were a lot of injection points, but I couldn't tell you how many as I wasn't keeping track

I was in there for 3 hours, so she was taking her time and looking at the aesthetics, not just getting product in there.


Update on the performance end, things seem to be fine. I have had no issues to date. I can control when I want to ejaculate a lot better than before, glans sensitivity has decreased. Seems to make my orgasms a bit more intense, not sure if that is due to the delay or what.
