The amount of people who go quiet / evaporate after Dr N surgey worries me.

Have noticed the same thing. It is a bit disappointing that we don't hear their final account of the experience.

Hint, the percentage of those who do is probably smaller than you think.
I'd imagine people not washing their hands have a propensity of not being too keen on staying clean in general. ..and if so an uncircumcised member would be a breeding ground for bacteria.
It's possible some of those women might have developed a 'yuck factor' for a reason.
