Glans enlargement with HA - status update 2 years post injections

As stated in my reply in a separate thread, I'll post some pics of my erected glans post HA injections.

A bit of background: I had HA injected into my glans early 2014 together with my Ligamentolysis & first alloderm Girth enlargement. No adverse side effects that I cannot live with, except with the bubbly texture on my glans. Chicks now have trouble sliding condoms past my erected glans.

Up-close pics as follows. Purpose is for reference to those who are considering this procedure. I was told that this procedure is non-permanent but size has only diminished slightly after 2 years. Sorry I don't know what type of HA is used.

Great result and longevity!

The published Korean results had about 90% retention of volume after 18 mths, and that was using a HA that I think lasts less well than Voluma.

Not everyone gets significant increase in circumference, sometime just more solid than it was Flaccid, good to hear a happy report. This is why I keep advising safety (HA) over permanence.

I've heard that Asian penile glans and western penile glans may be slightly different. Is there any truth to this whatsoever? Have you done glans enhancement on Asians and European people? Is it exactly the same?

I would be surprised if there was a significant difference in the anatomy/skin etc.
I have treat a variety of ethnicities but, surprisingly, no asians.

A friend recently started using some medication called Xiaflex (hope I have it correct) for scarring on his Dick due to injections. Maybe Dr Chung Knows about it? She has experience with the shaft?

Whats her injection style for that, there is the just under the surface like kim, the flare like others and a few from the underside and fill the head full like its hard.

Curious small, i meant to ask long time ago, if a thinner PMMA like linneasafe could of been offered in a smaller amount where it didnt cause a pressure prob, think that would be a viable option.
