Hey, I was expecting a total mess, I literally can't see anything wrong with that at all and I look at some of the ones done on here and wince.

It looks totally natural to me.

I think the issue is that small issues become huge mentally, but in reality nobody else would notice.

Seriously, the difference is insane, I didn't even know , 1 round could be so effective.

My apologies, I don't want to come off as bitchy. I am thankful for my results. I manipulated and massage the heck out of the PMMA for 5 days. I'm just trying to give everyone hope and some pointers that I have learned. I work with PMMA daily, so I know it's elastic properties. It can be manipulated and formed to whatever shape you want before it solidifies. The key is to be consistent and aggresive. It's critical for future ppl to massage and shape it during this time.

So true dysmorphia is real. I always see the flaws but my wife who is around my penis more than anyone else can't see or feel them. So bros don't make small lumps and bumps seem like major problems because only about 10 perecent of chicks will notice. For example, my injection bumps felt hard as a rock. My wife didn't notice them in her hand or mouth. When I pointed them out she said she thought it was normal. Mind you we been having sex since 14 in highschool, so over 20 years. I don't think chicks notice small inregularites. Notice this is my theory and I don't have stats to back it up...lol.

When you say you work with PMMA , what does that mean?

It's interesting seeing all the different opinions.

Some surgeons say minimal massage, some approve entirely..

Wish there was some hard and fast rules.

I react monomers with catalyst and create PMMA glass. I mainly control the process that heat up the PMMA to its glass transition temp because at room temp it's an organic glass. I'm a controls engineer so I deal with the electric aspect of using signals to controll equipment. Molding is critical in processing thermoplastics.

I've been thinking of taking the plunge and getting PMMA for a while but after reading your post I'm definitely going to see dr C. I to am a black male 27 and although I have a above exceptional looks and great conversation, women have always seemed a little dissappointed by my lack of the god forsaken "BBC" myth. Being that I've always known I have a pencil Dick, I hate this stereotype. It has gotten so bad at times I have turned down "baddies" for fear of disappointing them sexually. Our length is about the same but your starting Girth is just a tad bigger than me. Any advice on the who le percentage thing or anything else would be great early appreciated.

I feel happy to have found this site, I was depressed because of this problem and the bad things he already put me through, I never wanted to tell this to anyone. The problem is that I live in Brazil and do not know any doctor I can trust to do a procedure that level, but of course I can do it in other countries, despite the high dollar and euro.

There is actually a doctor in Brazil who was the pioneer of this procedure. I think he trained Dr. C. The mods will know who he is. If you're already in Brazil, look into. Brazil is where the PMMA product is produced (METACRIL)

Thanks guys. I'm going back down the 2 of Jun for a touch up. I have minor issues. My mid Girth is much larger than my base and my glans. I have hard lumps at the injection site. My Girth did decrease down to 5.6 mid shaft, 5.2 base, and 5.1 at the glans. My goal is to make everything more uniform and get rid of the lumps. Its funny because I've experienced what everyone else has, I feel my unit is small. Which is strange because my current Flaccid Girth is much larger than my original Girth, but it still feels and looks smaller. I still pump, and my pumping Girth stays with me for about 2 days. I usually pump in the am and even 12 hours later my Girth is 6 inchs. The PMMA has a tendency to hold on to the pumping Girth which is quite fun. My wife didn't like the PMMA at first, because she doesn't like 6 Inch Girth but she now enjoys riding the pipe. In all honesty I believe 5.5 to 6.0 is the perfect Girth, however, for my on ego and satisfaction I would like 6.0 to 6.5...lol. When I called to make my appointment a month in advance Diana stated she would have to check Dr C hours, see if he's working and she'll get back with me. This caught me as strange. I'm not sure if he's planning on stopping or what but it felt as if something was going on. Maybe I'm just over reacting.

I think a lot of appointments are made more than a month in advance, so likely she was just going to check availability with your desired dates.

I think your Dick looks great and you appear to have a very smooth and consistent Girth gain. Maybe to the touch you can feel more irregularities, but visually it looks very natural and great. With your head size you currently have a pretty great proportion to your Dick visually, definitely long and a big boy, but realistic looking and attractive. Definitely take it easy on the next round, I wouldn't go for anything drastic just try to do a bit to smooth out any felt irregularities.

I think most partners can reasonably accommodate 6", and learn to adapt in general to the size overtime. What was once big, becomes normal pretty quickly with a regular partner.

My advice though would to not let your wife mess with your perceptions and your securities. Since you're married of course take her sex capabilities and thoughts into consideration, but she definitely shouldn't be pushing you into anything you yourself don't want when it comes to surgery and sex ideals.

I'd like to pick your brain since you work as an engineer and manipulate PMMA.
If I'm not mistaken you got LS instead of metacrill.
Is that something you chose or is all they had when you got your procedure done?
If you did choose LineaSafe is there a reason why?
Would love to hear your expert opinion on this matter.

Thanks sorry for the late reply; I have been very busy at work.I got LS because this is the only brand that Dr. C had.

I will do a formal update soon. I had my 2nd procedure with Dr c June 2. 9 ccs of 30% and 11 ccs of 10 percent. The results are not apparent yet. My length remains unchanged from the top nbel 7 inches, bpel 7.5 but I've seen alot of guys up here measuring from the side so if I measure this way my length Is 8 inches . Girth hit 6.25 inches but has been declining since the procedure. The main purpose of this procedure was to increase the base and above the scar. I do have some problems after this procedure. I'll give a detail update with pics within the next couple of days.
