I dropped 14 pounds which took me back to the weight I was when I was 30 and it was gone. To this day if I put on 4 lbs even, I can tell by that area - but if I lose it, it goes back away. I don't see how someone who is young to middle aged with single digit body fat could have a fat pad - but as you age - your body does all sorts of weird things, lol. That is around what a lot of natural pros reach before a show. Not to discredit you or anything, but I'm heavily into fitness and rarely see people truely that low. .3 inches doesn't sound too bad for your pad...def not worth lipo! Whats the sculpting entail? @hunk Low carbohydrates and HIIT sound like the ticket for success in that department. I just can't imagine how that wouldn't solve the problem for almost anybody. Dr. Giunta didn't talk to me about other situations. Even though I'd lost a lot of weight in the year before my surgery, the fat pad never got any smaller. He did say that the fat pad is the last fat to go, and that it might not go at all. I think it's safe to say that mine was at least two inches if not more. So I not only got the lipo, I also got a lift. Since I wasn't skinny in that suprapubic area, I didn't ask Dr. Giunta what it'd be like if I didn't have much of a fat pad. Sorry I can't help more.
