TOPIC: going in for the filler consultation tomorrow

Hey mischmaker, did you have that done in NYC? I didn't realize that - and can't find the location in your thread. I am scheduling a consult with Dr. Heller today.

@hunkydory - not NYC i am in London. sorry for any confusion, i was just referring to that other guy giddyupjoe or something, who had it done in NYC, or said he did i dunno (no pics).

but i imagine wherever you go for an HA enlargement is going to be more or less the same - the volume of the filler, and type of filler, is the cost so whatever market rate is where you are (i reckon NYC will be somewhat less expensive than London, at least that is the impression i get when i compare $ prices of fillers compared to what we pay here but then everything is expensive here, except groceries)

if you do go ahead, make sure you put that lidocaine cream on right and rub it in - i didnt and it was a little uncomfortable for some of the jabs. not awful just you know, would have been better not to feel it obviously. but the filler (juvederm ultra plus / juvederm 4 - they are the same) had lidocaine in it, so as soon as he started putting it in, you dont feel a thing.

bear in mind i have done saline myself at home so i was prepared for quite a bit of needle pain and stinging in my Cock, so i was pleasantly surprised !

@hunkdory i am really interested to see which fillers Dr Heller uses, as he refers to 'microspheres' and collagen on his website. that sounds to me either like a CaHA type thing - Radiesse for example - or possibly artefill, both of which are different to what i had which was just Hyaluronic Acid.
if you get a chance, ask him about Ellanse !

Have you measured in the Erect state yet? It suddenly struck me that we've been talking about Flaccid gains and given this isn't a graft or a particulate filler, then it's going to spread thinner when Erect isn't it? I know you mentioned you don't actually grow that much Flaccid to Erect, but most people see about a 20% to 25% increase. So it would be interesting to see how much less your Erect gains are than your Flaccid.

yes, i agree re difference Flaccid to Erect. thing is i didnt actually measure and photograph Erect with the tape, before the procedure.
but i will give it a go tonight. i recall it was about 5.25-5.5 Erect Girth before, on a very good day.

what i can absolutely tell you is that when Erect, at the moment anyway, i can tell where it was put in, feels a bit like thick veins, not hard and weird but kind of squashy like glue that has set, or just like an engorged vein. @restoration told me that when he had it in his face it kind of spread out more over a few weeks, and also the doctor told me it would change a bit for a couple of weeks (which is why he wont do any Revision or addition for at least 2 weeks) so i dont want to rush into any conclusion right away. its why i have been holding off on recommending this procedure so far, in to the extent that a few days ago i specifically said that i do not recommend it at this time. i am just posting my personal thoughts and some pictures, for others to consider. no firm conclusions yet.
i still actually think that i need more to make it properly 'full' all around, if you know what i mean.

other thing is that my skin is relatively loose and very mobile on the shaft, i dunno if thats a good or bad thing but for sure i can feel pretty much anything, including veins and 'ribbed' texture of my inner penis, always have been able to.

anyway, i will give it a go tonight, Erect measurement.

MM - uses Bellafill. The only way I would do it with my situation is slowly I think so I can gauge if this makes any sense for me.

Did you have to do any additional aftercare because you were uncut or did the doctor have any concerns. I am considering the temporary filler called Radiesse but I was concerned if the filler can move to the tip of the Foreskin.

With HA I really wouldn't worry about the money cos it's so safe and you will always have your original penis shape, as Hoddle siad, he would throw 50 grand on a fire to have his original penis back, I'd cut off a toe to have my original penis back

I made an appointment with Dr. Elliot Heller for next Wed here in NYC to see what my options are - I only feel comfortable going slow so I have some control over my results. If anyone has any info on Heller I would appreciate it. He is off my radar completely.

Oh please tell us how it goes. I'm interested in if he does Bellafill and his prices.

I will keep you guys posted - the soonest I could get was 5pm a week from Wed. I know he offers Bellafill in his practice but it is unclear to me what procedures you can get it for.

I had a consultation with dr.heller last year about FFT,lig cut and scrotal left. He seems honest and straight forward. He explained that i was to much in shape for the FFT but he may could do it with what little fat i had from my sides and back. This is before he start using dermal fillers for Girth now. Since then i went ahead and had my shaft/glands done with
Dr. Loria and ended up unsatisfied. So now I'm on a mission. For the most part despite what I've read about dr.loria on this site i choose him because i was able to make a payment plan which excited me more. I really didn't follow my aftercare 100%, only 50% but i still think my procedure would have came out the same way. Anyways be careful because now all of these docs are hip to these temporary fillers which keeps us coming back and more money in their pockets. With US doctor's, the money we put out is alot and dr.heller Girth procedures are high.

I figure given that Dr. C charges $2,800 for 20cc's I think, with additional expenses and travel from NYC the bill is minimum $5,000 for me, plus almost a week away from work. X's 2 that is $10,000 for 40cc.

If I do it locally, Bellafill is probably $10,000 for 30 cc's but much less hassle and I can do it slowly - at least that is my hope. I am not sure Heller even offers it for Phalloplasty but I will find out. I'm not going to Mirza.

Wherever I end up after 30cc's Girth-wise I am fine with. I am actually not that small - the skin is just so stretched, my goal is to make it look tighter and filled out.

Every time I have had anything done in the past I have had to fly, stay in hotels, take 1-2 weeks off from work, last time was 2 weeks when the dfg were removed. I would love to fine someone local.

Dr. Heller mixes the Bellafill with another temporary filler. It's not just Bellafill as i wish it was.
