Some do it through fat injections (FFT), others through materials like alloderm. Elist is the only one that I am aware of that performs silicone implant surgery for penis enlargement. I need to check with the dr. again. Great update. I hope you continue to do so. I am surprised that you say you did not lose sensation! The implant covers over 60% of the penis shaft hence there has to be loss of sensation. I was wondering how you were told that you will get an increase in Erect length due to implant. You have lost a whopping Inch due to the implant. As far as I know, it is impossible for this implant to increase Erect length. It does increase Flaccid length as it forces the shaft to expand up to its length but it does not allow the penis to go fully Erect that is why you lost Erect length and frankly, while I wish you the best, I don't think you will get your full length back. There is another doc who perform silicone implant surgery in Moscow, but his implant is not like an Elist implant. But I feel that silicone implant could follow the same evolutionary process as breast implant did. Even nowadays, we can see guys here who could remove their silicone implant and recover well. PMMA, for instance, can be a trap if things go wrong, it can lead us to (almost inevitable) nodules, Necrosis, infections, and so on... and as it is still very hard to remove, makes me belive that silicone implant can to become easy to go in and out (if it goes wrong).Anyway I think that it will take time to see any option better then PMMA in the next 10 year and I probably will go for it soon. It's mid February and things are still good. (4.5 months post surgery) Though I haven't measured recently, there is no denying that the penis is larger Flaccid and thickness is much greater when Erect. I've had several comments about that. I'm still working on getting used to both implants. (testicular and penis) I can personally still feel them though I'm sure over time I'll get used to it. My penis looks normal and I've never received any comments to the contrary. The one disappointing part is the scar above the penis where the implant was inserted. I wish it wasn't so noticeable. I'm using various scaring lotions to remove or at least minimize the scar marks. As far as the Erect length increase, I will measure it soon enough. I also want to take another picture and share on here. It has a little bit of a nutty smell but it is great for your skin and scarring. The silicone gels they sell for scarring never did anything for mine, but this has been really good for my skin after I had my surgery. You can beat off with it, easiest way to apply it. Because when I had my implant, it felt like a silicone dildo under the dermas of my penile skin. In no way Did it real real to the touch. I am guessing other ex Elist implant recipients would agree. Perhaps there has been a huge change in design and/or material?
