TOPIC: Dr Singh penocrotal surgery with tuck and HA Injection

I have an appointment on 10-16 with dr Singh on having scrotal webbing surgery. I have an enormous amount of skin, I personally have always blamed a poor Circumcision on why I don't have any lenght(prob not true) if I pull on skin at the base of my penis it pulls the skin all the way to where it meets the under side of the gland. So he should be able to tell me if it was from a poor Circumcision or genetic deformity. I am also looking to get a nut tuck and a possible HA Temporary injection in the gland and in the shaft.

If anyone has had the surgery and wouldn't mind chiming in on the estimate of cost please do so. I believe it's going to be 7000 to 8500. It sucks because this should've been fixed as a baby.

Never heard of a nut tuck, can you explain? Also what's a HA injection? Never heard of these procedures.

I had penoscotal surgery from Dr in Richmond VA last year who also did a slight tightening for my Foreskin restoration process at the same time...great artistic surgeon, his name is Guy Trengrove Jones, if I recall it was all for approx 2000 included anesthesia of being put under IV sedation, healing was a little rough and score on the webbing release. Very little scaring.

I have been on testoserone replacement therapy over for five years (vanishing testicles syndrome)he was such a great plastic surgeon I asked Him to do testicular prosthetic insertion, he did this for me this past April for about 5000 (for both) also included IV sedation . Healing was very simple on this surgery.Again very little scaring this you can't even see surgical scars

I found this doc highly reasonable.

@ New One .. since I do have alot of skin my boys do hang very low, so while he is there I want him to raise them up nice and tight. I have succeeded in sitting on one of my nuts before. Brutal .. and Ski for the estimate.

So I had my appointment with Dr Singh in ATX yesterday. It went as well as expected. I was most interested in penoscrotal surgery as well as a testicle lift and a short term HA injection to see how it would be before PMMA. He basically told me that it is no problem on the surgery and that I was a good candidate for it and he could do a lig cut while he was there because he could go through the opening for the webbing and no additional scaring. He said 1.0-1.5" Flaccid lenght and no Erect guarantees but thinks I could see some because of my situation. He believes my webbing is due to poor Circumcision. He talked to me about all of his options and basically would like me to do lig cut, webbing surgery and he recommended I get alloderm grafting for the widening surgery. I told him I would consider all options and look into alloderm more. He is suppose to send me the estimate on Monday by email. I have a feeling it is going to be 12-15k for all of it. Sorry not gonna happen if so.. He was trying down play all HA fillers as expensive with no generic and not worth it because of only temporary. I will update when I receive pricing.

Please keep us posted. And that's awesome with the log cut because you wouldn't have the scar on the pubic bone. I have webbing from a botched surgery due to my hypospadias. Where's this doc located?

Yes, and don't forget to ask him more questions. How many people has he performed the webbing on? And the lig cut? And how many together? Also before and after pictures would be very valuable. Did he show you any?

New1inch I didn't realize you have webbing too. How bad is your webbing?

@ new1 .. He is in Austin Texas and he seems very smart and confident. He graduated from MIT as well with an engineering degree as well graduated from University of PENN Medical. Top honors and has won Urologist of the yr .. But who really knows.

@ indiano .. It goes all the way to circ scar and if pulled it extends to the tip of the gland under pee hole.

I am convinced at this point to just do the webbing and HA Injection in both the gland and shaft.

Would you do the webbing and HA injection the same day. I'm very interested in HA injections and PMMA, not quite sure which to go with.

It's the same doc that performed a total PMMA Removal surgery of a member here by degloving. He was not very fond of PMMA and told the member that all of his stuff had to be taken out. I think he's the only doc i ve heard from that has completely removed all of the PMMA with degloving

I did briefly mention PMMA. He said first is that it is like cement and has a few uses in the body but not in the penis. Worse than that though he said he has seen it migrate to the lungs and to the brain as well. We left it at that. If migration wasnt a risk and it was localized in he penis .. Not as bad but no guarantees on migration and long term hardness.

He doesn't know what he's talking about.

I thought it only migrates if you had excess skin.

Different type of migration. What you are talking about is more of "movement" of PMMA tissue. This is different to the migration via phagocytosis. In theory only a very small percentage of Brazilian PMMA beads should be small enough to migrate. Finding plastic in lungs isn't rare. Walk past some kind of construction site without a mask on and who knows what goes into your mouth. If the particles are small enough, then they too can migrate. What is so bad about this migration? Every day a smoker stimulates millions of macrophages, to move all the tar to the periphery of the lungs. Kupffer cells in the liver are filled with all kinds of non-resorbable particles in elder patients, without doing any harm.

The PMMA used for bone cement is different to the PMMA used for cosmetic applications.
