Wade will look at your penis and then go over the mechanics of aftercare. The final result is combination of the surgery itself followed by the aftercare. I'm no expert BTW. There are guys on this board who have a ton more experience in the whole procedure. As for cost, you should inquire directly with Dr C's office. It costs me a little over $3k for the entire visit. It's not cheap but for me it was worth it. Peace of mind means a lot. Make sure you read all the info on the board that you can so you know what you're getting into and have reasonable expectations. I only stayed one night at the hotel. It was fine. My surgery was a 11 AM. I think I was done between 12:30 and 1 PM. I checked into the hotel after surgery. Avanti Derma and the hotel are right next door. Two towers and the towers are connected on the ground floor. After I checked into my room. I went across the street to an Argentina Steak House. I had a huge ribeye steak, baked potato, veggies, and a glass of wine. After that I just hung out at the hotel room. Massaging the PMMA. I fell asleep at about 8 PM. I didn't walk around at night. Seems like an OK area tho. I was just tired. Total cash outlay for the trip was $334 Starbucks coffee (2 cups) at the SD Airport: $5 Breakfast at the SD Airport: $15 Shuttle driver tip: $10 Shuttle cost (paid to Avanti): $140 Hotel: $90 + $2 room service tip Lunch/Dinner: $40 Gin and Tonic: $10 Breakfast: $12 Shuttle driver tip: $10 I had no problem walking.
