Even if he went to Dr C i don't believe he would have gained. Unfortunately for Superman his reaction to PMMA to date is different from everbody else who has had the procedure with Dr N. Basically they all gained to a greater or lesser extent. Don't get me wrong if Dr C had his clinic in Europe i would prefer going to see him as he has way more experience.
