TOPIC: I am thinking about getting PMMA

Just from the one picture, I think your aesthetics are pretty good. I think it's too big but I can't imagine getting any bigger and not looking downright freakish. Then again, as you mention, if you could get just the right PMMA treatment to match the shaft to your base, it might look more consistent and natural. Maybe not though. It looks like the Belladerm was fairly succesful, though. Have you had any complications from that operation to date?

I would like to respond to the last few posts. Notwhatitusedtobe, thanks for your post and your support. I have had no complications from the Belladerm. I had the surgery two years ago and had two incisions done for the graph. The doctor was very surprised because I was completely healed in three weeks. I had no issue with the procedure.

Beast 1, I don't understand why you are being so critical and passing judgements and offering medical commentary. As I stated in 2012, I approach the forum for support. I am not seeking negative comments that hit below the belt. In my 6 decades I have learned how to seek out advice and carefully analyze it. I don't expect everyone to understand my thinking, but I do expect to be treated with respect. I always treat people with respect and want the same for myself. When necessary, I have sought out professional advice when necessary. Please do not be rude when posting. Give feedback but keep the other negative evaluation to yourself.

I think it's important for all of us on this forum to be blatantly honest with each other, in as a respectful manner as possible.It is telling that you are not answering those questions. We have seen quite a few posters recently posting results of PMMA injections that have aesthetic issues, clumping, minimal gains, inflammatory reactions. For someone to go through PMMA with your size, especially when at points you are almost 8 inches in Girth, is just straight up absurd. These aren't the types of risk someone should take with a Cock that is in the .000001% of Girth. It is just not. Recently we have seen guys getting very minimal gains (is this a product quality issue) and are having very concerning issues with it.

I see guys get PMMA on this site that are in the 4.5 or so range and I can totally understand that. Until recently, the safety profile of PMMA have seemed to be great. There have been a few cases recently that, in my opinion, should make people take a step back and reconsider this procedure until more information comes out. Maybe this is why I have been so critical of your post. I can understand a guy who is 4.5 inches in Girth deciding to take that risk. Someone with extreme Girth as you have, has no reason to take this risk. At least not until we find out more. Really want to risk a lumpy Dick that will get inflamed in a few months after for 1/4 Inch of gain? Take a step back and go and enjoy what you have. If after 5-6 months of not watching porn or visiting this site and you still want it, reconsider it at that point. Wait until more people on here get PMMA and have had more time to follow up these guys that are having inflammatory responses. If at that point, you want to get it done, and have carefully thought it out - go get it! Go enjoy life with what you have though. Spend that 3 grand on a trip to Europe or South America.

Beast 1, thanks for changing the tone of your post. I read it carefully and felt as though it was written with clear intent.

As with all comments, I will take them into consideration before making a final decision. As far as your questions concerning aesthetics and larger Girth, I don't think I can separate the two. I think huge is beautiful. Before I make my final decision, I will do a lot of research on lumps, etc resulting from PMMA. I do not want to do something that will make me look deformed. My desire is to have a well formed and proportioned Dick from base to head. I will make sure all the correct questions are asked and answered before I make a final decision. I have done some research already on this, and I have ruled out procedures performed by doctors who don't have a good teach record. I have read and seen some of Dr. C's work and have read many post and articles about him. I will continue to do my homework.

I would appreciate a continued dialogue with you as long a we keep the discussion above the belt. Again, thanks for toning down your post.

In 2004 I had an alloderm graph done for Girth. When I had the belloderm done two years ago, the doctor removed what remained of the old graph. The graph from 2004 was not inserted correctly. I haven't had any other Girth work done to date. I did have a length procedure done. It was successful. My present stats are significantly different from my starting place.

I did get results from the belloderm. The length measure does seem to fluctuate from time to time. Some days it measure in at 7.5; other days a 7.75. I guess it depends on the blood flow on a given day.

How long did it take to get your length gain after surgery?

It was right after the swelling went down, about 2 months.

Man, you have a very large penis there. Far be it from me to criticize your quest to be bigger, as long as you are educated on the risks, etc. That being said, in my opinion, I do not think that a non-tapering 8" Girth from glans to base will look appropriate. I think that it would dwarf the glans and look extremely artificial. Plus, I would question whether there is enough elasticity to stretch the rest of you Dick that large, since you have gained so much already. You may certainly have a different opinion on what is aesthetically pleasing to you. Like I said this is just my opinion and it is worth what you paid for it. This is certainly your decision to make, and you have your reasons for wanting it, but I would suggest sending pictures and surgical history to Dr. C (or the doc of your choice) and get their opinion on the matter.

People use the term dysmorphia inappropriately sometimes on here. True dysmorphia is seeing something different than reality. There is a difference between wanting a bigger Dick because you feel your size is inadequate and wanting a bigger Dick just because you want a bigger Dick. In my opinion, from reading what you have posted, you do not have dysmorphia but just like the idea of being bigger. Huge difference between the two.

Briceb, you impress me! You seem to be one of the few that know what dysmporphia really is! Its just to easy and unfair to blame dysmorphia if someone just wants a bigger Dick! (i do belive jealousy might be underlaying here)

Briceb, thanks for the compliment and the support. I have been thinking about your tapering comment, and you make a good point. Maybe if I can tapper from 8 at the base to 7.5 at the glad that would look more natural. I also enjoyed your analysis of dysmorphia. It was right on the mark. I don't think the condition applies in my situation. I just want some more size. I know people don't understand being I am a decent size now, but I am pondering this procedure because I just want a bigger Dick.

I do plan on going to Dr C when ready to proceed. I have read a lot about him and he has a good track record. I have been luckily in the past with procedures. I seem to adapt well and heal quickly. I know there are risks and I will take them into consideration.

After reading all the replies to my post(both public and private), I decided to make an appointment with Dr. C. and made the trip down five weeks ago.

First of all, I have to say that the staff was outstanding. I was nervous when I got there, but everyone was reassuring and calmed me down in no time. Wade was great. He was very professional and gave me really meaning advice on what to do at each step.

The doctor injected 34.5 cc (33 at 30% and 1.5 at 10%). I am very please with the results. My base Girth is now at 8", mid-shaft is at 7.5" and right above the gland is 7". The tapering is great. I think my growth was strong from this procedure.

My left side is a little bit lower than my right side, and I have one little granular. Relatively speaking I don't think this is negative.

I will return in a few months to get a second round and have these little issues dealt with at that time.
