Puell, you can get one in about 2 days for 30 bucks or so. The ESL is what i've used and it works great, though it did take a little getting used to. Once you have it figured out though it's easy. Get and let me know if you have trouble with it.

I got the auto extender and don't like it. Tried it twice and gave up. I will order the ESL and give it a try.
Thanks for the info. I think your nodules will resolve on their own in time. I am 9 days post and back to original size so I am hoping collagen growth starts soon.

So it's been about 4 weeks. Started at 4.5 all the way, now it's about 4.75 at the top, 4.8-4.9 in the middle, and 5.25 or a little more at the base. The taper is not as smooth as it sounds- the 5.25 goes about the first maybe Inch and half, then pretty abruptly drops to 4.85ish. I would call it a ridge except that there isn't a hard edge to it. It's just bigger, then quickly, it's smaller. I don't know if that's the point the 30% ends and the 10% begins, or if it was supposed to be like that but just not so dramatic, or what. Between that and the nodules, which have not gone away but are better than they were a couple weeks ago, the aesthetic result is not that great. On the other hand, it is definitely bigger.

I will say that i think growers should take extra time to evaluate this out before you go down there. Being a Grower I think is the reason for my not ideal results. When it's soft, like it was when the doc worked on it, this taper would fit perfectly- 5.25ish the first Inch and half or so, dropping down to 4.75 the last Inch and half. But when it's hard and doubles in length, that thicker Inch and half at the base doesn't extend with it- it grows from the front out, so to speak- so the bigger part isn't even halfway down the shaft when it's hard. It's like the bottom third.

I also think this might explain why i didn't have any lost length at all like so many others have experienced- the 30% (or the denser part of the 30% at the base if there's also 30% further up, i'm not sure which it is) doesn't really cover the section that expands with an Erection, it is only on the first Inch or so, so it doesn't constrict it in any way. Or my use of Cialis and a stretcher was enough to keep it from happening. I'm not sure. Alternatively, the thicker base is probably effecting some measurements too- if i don't press to bone it does look a bit shorter because there's some PMMA just below the base too, kinda raising the floor if you see what i mean.

All that said, I would do it again in a second. I am doing it again in fact, haven't booked it yet but I'm gonna try to wait at least 3 months. Hopefully this can be fixed up a bit. I knew a 2nd trip was part of the deal, so I haven't been too worried about it all this. I'm starting to worry more about the nodules than anything else. If that's the way my body reacts to the injection sites, it's just gonna happen again this next time? We'll see.

Somehow it seems that the middle/top have shrunk a bit in just the last 24 hours. Now it's 4.6ish at the top, and 4.75ish in the middle, making the dropoff just that much more noticeable. I hope this can be fixed.

If anybody else has been in this situation, please let me know how it went for you. I've read most of the threads but I am too fatigued right now with all this to go back and look for this kind of situation with others right now. I just have to go back out there soon I guess.

That should be easily addressed on your next visit. I would change their after care just a bit though. Wade instructed me to push towards the base when I found any area that needed attention. He said that way it will be more taped instead of a baseball bat look. I really didn't follow that because I have pretty uniform shaft and wanted to keep it that way. If you massaged a lot and were constantly rolling and massaging everything towards the base then that may explain your results. Thanks for keeping us posted and good luck.

Now it's back to 4.9 in the middle and nearly 5.5 at the base. Weird. When they say it changes they weren't kidding. EQ has nothing to do with it either, it is just bigger than it was yesterday.

It seems to be settling in at about .2 gains most of the way and then about .6 at the base, with a clear dropoff between the two. Overall, this was a bust. It is obviously misshapen, thicker for an Inch or so then pretty much back to the way it was the rest of the way. At this point, I would undo it if i couldn't go back and try to fix it, it is worse than it started. Hopefully they can fix it.

Also, Puell I didn't do any of the massaging he talked about. There was no unevenness palpable anywhere in those first few days, just smooth swelling everywhere. It looks fine Flaccid, but it's like it was designed that way. I don't know if he didn't take into account the measurements i gave him, but it at least doubles in length, and the 30% he put at the base covers about a quarter of the Erect length. I still haven't looked through the forum to see, but i don't remember seeing any too much worse than this that weren't disasters of aftercare- i mean, where the procedure and after went very smoothly and the result is just terrible. This never had a chance.

I am so sorry to hear that, and I can't remember anyone else experiencing same kind of sudden drop off like that. Can you post a pic? If you aren't comfortable I understand, but try to stay upbeat. They should be able to fix by just putting product up past the drop off. My feelings were very similar to how you are feeling as I only gained .3 Inch with 26 cc's but I am better now mainly because I am going to try again. We went fairly close to same time and Wade told me they got lots of complaints and contacted manufacturer. Of course manufacturer said it was fine. I know it is frustrating and heartbreaking and maybe we needed to message more aggressively, but I do believe your sudden drop off can be addressed if, when you go back. With 30 percent I would go sooner rather than later. Best of luck and please keep us posted.

I don't want to mess with my camera and i don't feel like looking at it right now either, i'm sorry. It's not terrible, it's just nowhere near what i hoped for. Overall I guess it's worse than i started, i mean it doesn't look startlingly bad, it's just not bigger enough to justify looking weird. The raised area is only on the top, though i may not be able to make this clear without a pic. It's just an extra thickness on the first Inch and half of the shaft, on the top side of it. Then a slanted dropoff, then pretty much my normal shaft for more than half the length of it. It still sounds worse than it really is though.

I don't think i'll hurry back if they're having more problems than ours. What do you mean about the 30% being a reason to go back sooner? I figured the longer the better, let it resolve however it will resolve and then see what can be done. I don't feel good about though, to miss this badly on the first one, the second one will be difficult. There's no way it's gonna match up smoothly now, even if he somehow can fill in the rest of the shaft, it's gonna be either bigger or smaller.

I'm pretty much resigned to this taking several trips now, all thoughts of 2 trips and done are over. I just hope it's not even worse after the next one, like 3 different sizes or something, if he can't fill to the top of it. I guess he can. What i mean is i know he can fill to the top when it's Flaccid, but when it doubles in length, where is the top end of the product going to be? Oh well, I am all in now. No going back, just have to hope for the best. It will probably work out.

I think if it were hard lumps, bumps, nodules then waiting for it to resolve on own is best course, but as it really is an area where you got collagen growth in an area, and then dramatically stops, if it were me, and I have similar issue and am going back in 4 weeks, I would not wait for even more collagen to grow and get harder. They have to break through that in second round if they are going to use injection points at the base I believe. That may lead to longer recovery. That is just my opinion and I am sure many would disagree. You should probably call Wade and explain and get his opinion, but I think he is going to tell you they can fix it no matter when you go, and he would be ultimately correct, I just think it would be easier in this circumstance to try sooner.
All thought of 2 and done are gone for me as well. With such little gains on first try I will likely need at least 2 more attempts, especially with all of growth on right side midway down shaft. There is very pronounced bulge on that side when Flaccid. I will post pic on my thread this week. I am hoping being off all meds for 7 weeks this time will result in good gains and then I can get one last round to address any lingering aesthetic issues. This is very tricky for me as my wife does not know about this.
I know it is frustrating and I am not sure if you are single, but if I was and I knew people were going to be seeing it if I wanted to get laid I would be mortified. Try to stay positive, there really is no reason the issues can't be successfully addressed on next visit. Dr C and Wade have been doing this for a long time now, and they usually have aesthetic issues to deal with on most patients and more importantly, they really want you to be happy with results, so they are going to do their best. I think it will definitely work out in the end.
As I understand it, as your penis gets hard and doubles in length (wish mine did), the PMMA or collagen, spreads and expands just like rest of your tissue in penis, so if area is covered well in collagen growth Flaccid, then collagen tissue should expand with penis as it expands. I hope that makes sense.

Some of the bad problems from weeks 4-8 are reduced by weeks 10-12. I had 2 nodules go away. Now that I had round 2, I have 2 nodules again - now at week 4...and there's a chance they'll be gone. I remember booking r2 and saying that I needed to have Kenalog to reduce a Nodule - and by the time I got there a month later, there was no Nodule to speak of.

I have similar "step-offs" like you - from the shaft to circ scar - it drops fairly obviously when Erect. It's not good. I was hoping to just do 2 rounds, but if it stays like this I'll have to go back for more. Usually it shrinks a little more too, so over 2 rounds I think I only gained 0.5" (though it was 10% and then low cc 30%). Round 1 is your main opportunity to gain because the PMMA can be surrounded and attacked from both sides more easily. Once there's a lot of fibrosis, it seems like the PMMA can't trigger enough of a response in subsequent rounds. Some people do ok, but the trend seems to be R1 is the main "size" round. I wouldn't worry too much about gaps - they can fill them in pretty well. Anyway, there's a pretty good chance you'll come out better w/ more time and another round. I almost didn't go back at all after R1 at 12 weeks bc it basically looked fine. I wanted more size, though. I was still under 5.

I didn't want to hear most size gains are on R1. That doesn't bode well for me on subsequent rounds as R1 only got .3 gain. I too am still under 5 so really feel I need to try again.

Resto, thanks for the post. It's not gaps that can be filled in well, like you're saying, it's the entire thing. The top 2/3rds of the shaft is a gap where almost nothing is there. Only the first Inch and half or a little more is .5 bigger, then it drops straight off to almost nothing. Like a beer bottle, if the neck made up 2/3 of the bottle. It may be one of the worst on here, i don't know, I haven't looked back at old threads because i don't like thinking about it.
