I think you needed to focus on the hole she left on your penis. After your first round you made a small, but noticeable, gain and seemed very happy. Everything went wrong after that second round where she left a big hole in your penis and you got an infection. We know she caused the problem as she acknowledged she'd hit a vein and tried to fix it with the needle. After that happened you had nothing but problems. That should have been your angle in my opinion as it would be clear you hold her responsible due to poor technique. You can't really blame her if you just don't respond to PMMA. That's not really her fault. You need to make her feel that your issues are he fault and that she has a responsibility to correct them.

If your situation isn't ideal economically, you may want to put off wasting more money. You have to establish why you aren't seeing gains before you actually get anymore injections done. Hopefully you'll learn more when you talk to Dr. N.

Also, not sure if I missed it in this thread, but were you on any medications, supplements, and/or diets during those 4 rounds? Any pre-existing health conditions you're aware of? Maybe some external factor is at play here and it isn't necessarily because you're a 1-out-of-a-million. Keep searching for answers before you throw away more cash.

I was taking and still taking collagen + vitmani c and other vitamins. As per medication I have been taking from the beginning propranol which is basically for anxiety.
I think I will take 1 year off and than start again. I don't know where to start to look for answers.

Hoddle yes I think that is the problem because I was growing and everything was ok till that happened. I am left now with the hole on my penis which needs to heal properly before I do anything else. Also now I have few dots scattered around on my penis , little PMMA Balls. I wanted to send an email telling that I feel she is responsible but I don't want her to shut me out completely and not answering to my email. But maybe I should send the email.

Dr nemeckova replied to my email saying that she is sorry I am not happy with the results etc , but she said I should have kept the Girth that is not possible that it's all gone . I replied that she is missing the point I gained 0 with 4 procedures . I am awaiting for a reply if it ever happens !

I received this email from the dr: The unusual is replying to what I said that in 4 rounds 0 gain.

yes, this is unusual. I will not charge for further works and we can discuss discount on the material as well but I would still prefer to wait approximately four months before undergoing any further application.

I will wait more than 4 months and than decide . Might decide to go to Mexico still don't know.

I actually did not think she'd agree to any type of discount. I completely understand if you decide to go for a session to Mexico. I am a bit selfish here but it would be interesting to see whether there is a difference in doctors results based on the treatment.

Hi Undecided. Honestly don't know what to do. I look down there and it is like I never had anything done, back to pre op size so on one hand hand I have Dr Nemeckova whom took my money and she can give me a discount plus I don't pay for the job, which is what I deserve after what happened to me, actually I shouldn't be paying for anything but anyway. On the other hand there is the dr in Mexico which is far away, and I would never travel so far away on a plane on my own, I think I would die. But he is amazing. I feel lost I want to have a bigger penis but don't know if I can handle going there on my own.

So... spend more money on someone who after multiple procedures has caused nothing but a hole in your penis, an infection and no gains in your penis vs. spending more money to go to a doctor who's had better reviews with PMMA. I'd spend the extra money and have the job done right. You're not saving money if the procedures keep failing. You're exactly right, you shouldn't be paying a dime... but you are.

Superman has been the exception to Dr. N's work. One could argue Dr. N gets better results, especially in terms of cosmetics, than Dr. C. If he has 0 response to PMMA, what makes you think a change of doctor would have any different result- unless it is a product issue. Prior to the black out Dr. C's patients went through a spurt of low gains and relative poor cosmetics.

Everyone's penis reacts differently, but that doesn't change the fact that he's dealt with an infection, a hole and a lack of responsiveness from Dr. N and her staff compared to Wade and Dr. C being extremely forthright. Why not argue the reasoning to bother to have any work done at all if he has no reaction to PMMA rather than trying to defend Dr. N? All I said was if you're gonna keep going I'd try elsewhere. Exception or not, the hole was her fault, and the slow response time probably attributed greatly to his ordeal.

Well I think the argument that that he body doesn't respond well to PMMA and thus another round being futile is very valid. The blame can be placed on Dr. N in terms of her responsiveness. This has been a very known issue. His type of complications have not been limited to Dr. N, nor would I say his problems outside of the realm of what would be expected. Some people will end up having infections (regardless of Dr) etc. This is a part of the risk. We have seen plenty of guys have issues with Dr. C. The two possible benefits would be more PMMA (I'm not sure this is a good thing with complications) and better response staff. Considering he may have the exact same results in Mexico, I would question if it is worth it.

As I've stated before...instead of getting anymore PMMA done anywhere, first Superman has to determine the main cause for the absence of gains.

If it is physiological and not product, it can tested (mostly) without long-term risks. Enter temporary fillers. I imagine there is someone in Europe who is qualified to perform penile injections with something like Radiesse. The collagen response is just like PMMA, except the Radiesse isn't permanent and gains will eventually dissipate over a year or two (?). This way, aesthetic irregularities aren't the end of the world. If Superman can see gains through temporary fillers, then Dr. N's batch of product is in question.

If the Radiesse also yields zero gains, then it is clear that Superman is experiencing poor luck and may have some sort of underlying medical issue that may or may not need to be addressed.

Continued pursuit of PMMA at this point, regardless of doctor, seems like a waste of money imo.

I hear you, Superman - it is like being on a very expensive and uncertain cross-road.

I thought to have perhaps one round in MX and then to have a refill by Dr N if there is a positive reaction but SO is right that other product as PMMA should be tried to see whether the desired reaction is even possible. This is a tough one.

I think S.O makes a lot of sense. But I also understand the dilemma that you are in. It is actually a very tough decision to make. Only you can make this decision but coming to this board for ideas will hopefully make decide the best thong for you.

Is it possible to go to your local "good" physician and discuss possible scenarios and may be do some blood tests such as lymph and glans tests and while you are at it, check for prostate and testy levels (these two may not help with the PMMA but it is always good to know where you stand). You have time to investigate the root problem and then you will be armed with more data to make the best decision possible for you...Good luck man!
