From my research, PMMA is actually semi permanent not fully permanent as advertised..the white cells or leukocytes that make up the immune system attack it and can break it down..hence how it can be moveable in a sense as its structure can change anytime...thats why some gain more than others..some are building colegan around it because the body accepts the foreign matter much easier....some other bodies are busy fighting it and trying to get rid of it...its very much how your body responds and reacts to it...another reason why some people may see loss in gains years down the track or have a reaction down the track...because thats what the body does....if there is a foreign object, the body will try and get rid of this....though once integrated into the system or your body accepts the foreign matter, depending on how much you have had injected, I don't think you can have to bad of a reaction down the track..depending on how much your body tries to break it down..but I'm just theorising....who knows.. I have .25-.4 gains...my base .4...mid shaft prob .25..then leading to around .4 up the top. I had 15cc of 10%..if my product wasn't placed so far back by DR N then I think I would have gained around .4 pretty evenily.

thanks superman..yes its been a while and I had a lot of complications...went through hell and back to be honest...but getting back to full health..about 80% now which is awesome..still have some nigiling issues....a mixture of a very bad reaction to PMMA..causing issues...Dr N placing the product way to far back.which caused a shit load of complications and I overstretched which caused another shot load of problems...thought my Dick was going to fall off there at one stage...but its still there haha...

I really don't understand why you didnt go to the Dr in Tijuana he has more experience , I can understand the guys in Europe but you are in Australia . anyway will you go back to prague ?

Could you cite where you learned this? I've seen PMMA referred to as both permanent & semi-permanent, but what I didn't think was possible was the complete "break down" of PMMA by our immune cells. In layman, it's the size & material of the product that leaves your body with no other choice but to surround it with collagen, since migration or "breaking down" aren't effective.

PMMA is plastic, it permanent, unless it migrates it really isn't going anywhere, the carrier bovine e.t.c will break down, with a make up of 80%, which why it is considered semi permanent, though the PMMA is permanent, if that makes sense.

PMMA (polymethyl-methacrylate) fillers contain about 20 percent of tiny PMMA microspheres that are suspended in 80 percent of purified collagen gel. A few months after it is injected, the collagen gel breaks down and your body produces its own natural collagen to fill out the space under the skin.This type of Dermal Filler is considered semi-permanent, and is most often used to treat medium-to-deep wrinkles, folds and furrows, particularly nasolabial folds. It can also be used to fill out pitted scars and to augment thin lips.When a more permanent solution to facial wrinkles is desired, PMMA is often used instead of collagen replacement therapy or hyaluronic therapy. SO...I saw a plastic surgeon in my country thats being around for a couple of decades and probably one of the best in the country and is world class. He has a very good name. He does fat injections and also temporary fillers. he has corrected many a procedure by Dr Colin Moore. We had a great chat about PMMA which surprisingly to me he knew a fair bit about. He said to me that its more semi permanent than permanent because the white cells will break it down whether that happens for everyone I guess is up to how the body is reacting to it. PMMA which is plastic in essence is just matter and all matter can effectively be broken down someway or another.

SUPERMAN..Dr N has been great regarding aftercare support. She knows her shit, but I felt she rushed the procedure and she placed the product to far back. From what I have read about Dr C procedure, she is no where near as methodical when applying METACRIL. Though when it comes to the total amount a patient should have, she is a lot more diligent with advice on the quantity to use. She takes a hell a lot of time to get back to you. But I found she does have a duty of care for her patients. Am I going for a second round?? contemplating it, but I won't seriously until I fully recover and if I do, it will be again a conservative approach, but thats just me....Would I see Dr N again....The answer is simply NO.

I have seen Artefill referred to as semi-perm in the face, but that woman who had complications 10+ years later still had it all there...she just kept aging, so yea, she'll get more folds & wrinkles as she ages. Maybe that's what they mean by semi-permanent (to set expectations that you'll still age).

I will add this, though. I had "permanent" internal Sutures put in for my peyronies surgery and I could feel big lumps for about 4-6 months. Now, I can just feel a very minor soft bump if I really palpate around. My doctor said I was initially feeling scar tissue (which always gets hard right after surgery) but the Sutures aren't going anywhere, ever (and they still hurt often). Now, those little lumps at each suture site are gone...so yeah, the WBCs did leave the area. I think I have 2-0 braided polyester Sutures, but I'd have to look up my op report to be sure (it wouldn't really matter - they weren't PMMA Sutures). The point is, the scar tissue reacted to the incisions and possibly the foreign body of the suture - then, they thinned out and disappeared. When I was having a lot of pain from the suture, my doc immediately examined me to rule out a FBG which can happen with permanent Sutures too...so it's kinda similar. How similar to PMMA - I'm not sure. I think PMMA stimulates way more fibrosis than suture material.

I went yesterday to Prague, spoke to the dr regarding my not gaining anything and bla bla, she said well it's not been 4 month, collagen take up to 4 month to happen , so basically I didn't even get 1 metacrill for free. Anyway I had 12 ml metacrill, , I had some ridges on my penis so she had to break it with the canula, after the procedure I went to the airport and got on my flight, I was feeling like I was about to faint had some sugar and when I went to the toilet I was in shock , blood everywhere, from my entry point it kept coming out a lots, my 2 holes re opened again more blood. When I got home I went for a shower to clean off, as soon as I removed the plaster blood coming out I am talking a lots, my underwear from white became red. Today I didn't even try to remove it . My penis is black and swollen as expected, I have been putting arnica and taking iproprofen. It is big though I wish It would stay like this, but we know the truth it will go down and hopefully this time I will gain !!!!
I will post pics when everything settles because at the moment is not a nice view.
