TOPIC: After 5 procedures, my penis is where I want it :) last page Update 1/05/16

Hey man I showed your pictures to my wife. She said it doesn't look bad it just looks different. She also thinks the texture and bumpiness would feel good for most women. Cheer up.

Here is where I'm at almost three weeks post op from Dr. Cho round 3. It's starting to look better but still not where I want it. I wish he would add towards the base because it's almost 1 Inch thinner than the highest mid shaft Girth. I'm considering going to Dr. C if he can fill that area in better with 30% and do some small touch ups. I'm in the states so it would be the only time I could do it. I emailed the clinic and Wade is supposed to get back to me on Monday.

It doesn't look unnatural now, as dicks come in all shapes and sizes, but I agree that I would personally want a little more added to the base as well. Overall, I think things are coming together for you. Thanks for keeping us updated.

to each their own, that looks awesome to me and is close to the shape i'd look for. i specifically don't want the huge thick base. Girth wise i think 6.5" base, 7.5 middle and 7" near head/head is my ideal. sounds weird right but that's the proportion i find aesthetically pleasing

Hi everyone. I am 3 months post op from 3rd procedure with Dr. Cho. And my 4th overall. All of my procedures after my 1st procedure with Dr. C (tijuana) were never intended to increase girth. I just wanted to get things smoother and more realistic. At this point I feel like all my efforts( and hard earned money) have been unsuccessful because I am unhappy with my penis aesthetics and do not feel comfortable naked around anyone bc my penis looks worked on very obviously.

I'm not sure if it's Dr. Cho's fault that he could not fix my penis to my satisfaction after my 1st round with Dr. C or but I have been three times to Dr. Cho and this is my result. It may get better over time. I am still better of than I was after my first procedure with Dr. C but sometimes I wish I just went back to Dr. C for round two bc he could have fixed his own work better than a new doctor working on someone else's old work, if you know what I mean.

Anyways, I have a until next year to decide my next move and I will let things settle completely before that decision. In the back of my mind, I think I may go see Dr. C to see if he can fix the irregularities. The problem is I don't want more girth bc I already have a pig in the blanket in some sitting or laying positions as seen in the photos. Any more product is just going to make it worse.

Hi there. I think waiting for a year is a good idea. It's been 2 years since my second round with Dr.C. and I feel that my Cock has continued to look more natural as time has gone by. Maybe it's the weight of the filler but it hangs longer, smoother and looser that a year ago. I had a bit of the pig in the blanket thing going too and it's gotten much better with time. Good luck.

It does not look too bad from the pics, if you look at my pics it is pretty similar just yours is much fuller which I'd love to have.

It looks like you may have some "lumps" or higher areas than others. I don't know if these are more like bands or little mounds, but ave you ever considered / discussed any Kenalog or 5fu injections to reduce these areas? Would you say they are pretty hard (like gravel) or just like cartilage (nose texture)? Or is it all just the same and some is bigger than other areas?

I agree with Bruno too because in my own R2, it changed a lot in the 8 months I waited between that and R3. How long has it been since your last procedure?

Sorry things turned out this way, and you're not happy with it. I think if you can get it more uniform through time (the tissue remodels) and maybe some small amount of Kenalog - you might be happier. About Kenalog, though, too much can cause Atrophy of tissue. So, if you got it you'd want it injected deep in a Nodule and not over 0.1cc of 10% (1 mg) per Nodule.

Some docs to inject up to 10mg in fat grafting patients who have issues but it must go very very deep..and in those cases, they're actually trying to promote Atrophy.

Some areas do feel like harder cartilage and just the overall texture and unevenness looks fakes and feels weird. I can't let anyone see my Dick and mess with it with the light on because it bunches when Flaccid and the base looks barren as seen in the pic below. Just not natural looking at all.

It just sucks with all I've been through and money (10K) spent not to have a natural looking penis. I started at 5'' Girth and little larger at the base. I was already a little above average and I still went ahead with this procedure. Even after reading this forum for months on end before hand. Many of the mods and old timers said don't do it if you are already average and I have to now agree with them. This procedure is not fool proof and isn't perfect for everyone. Nothing I can do know but hope for the best and be content with my new misshapen Dick.

you could just get the base part filled in so its more even and no gap at the base. your glans can be enlarged with dr cho if you are concerned about the 'pig in blanket' look (tho it looks fine to me), bori increased his glans by 1''.

What are your current stats (Flaccid/Erect Girth)? it looks massive in those photos.

JJ: Looking at your pic on 1/30 that looks 100% natural to me and really good too. I understand you may be looking at that and getting discouraged as we are super hard on ourselves, I look at that and think success! I would be more inclined to do a procedure after looking at that than not, I also would not be hiding that from the world. I would relax and just get used to the fact that it may not be what you imagined exactly, but looks really good never the less. (The fact that it is narrower at the base makes it look more natural not less to me. When I see that the base has been built up with a crazy taper is when I think that a Dick has been worked on.)

MAN it looks good to me, not that I'm a conosuer! The average woman has no idea exactly what a penis looks and feels like, plus dicks are all different-- board shows different ducks daily. You (in my opinion) are being much to critical of your unit which is understandable.
I would imagine women can ID a boob job, maybe a coochie job as opposed to successful identification of a a Dick job.
