I have been reading for a while and talked it over with my wife and we are both game for PMMA. My question is how do you "right size it" for your significant other. This being the point right know I am 32 yo and 7 EL and 4.5 EG, my wife is 5'3" and about 120 lbs my length is perfect but after 2 kids Girth wouldn't hurt. How do I go about finding the right size and not getting to big where sex will be painful, I know after the first round the swelling is pretty significant and you will end up smaller then after the first week ei before 4.5 right after 5.5 then go down to 5. Is that a good "tester week" to see if you want to go in for more rounds. And can you discuss with Dr C about what you want and he can give you a good idea of what that would take or is everyone different and it is a wait and see. I can tell you that a lot of people have been seeking a 6.5 in circumference and have no problem with their women taking it, however, I'm right at about 6 in circumference and my 25 year old girlfriend gets sore very easily. That's not really a problem there, but she can only get half of my Dick in her mouth because she can't open wide enough. Before this girlfriend I never really enjoyed blow jobs, as all the previous ones from the different girls were horrible, but she's good, and now deep throating isn't possible. Anyway, just get probably 2 full rounds and then from there fine tune the size with a touch up or something. After 2 rounds I'm 6" and the wife is very adamant about me not going any larger. It usually comes in about .5" per procedure so she'll have time to tell you when she doesn't want anymore. Another idea is to order dildos of various thicknesses and experiment with her to find out what she likes the best?
