Well the time is here. Very excited to start this journey after contemplating different procedures over the last 20 years or so.

I've had so many of the same thoughts and feelings that others have expressed here. I certainly know I am not alone.

Minimal swelling. No pain at all. Hardest thing for me is going to be waiting a few days to have sex with my beautiful wife! I got an Erection an hour ago and wished she was here with me!

At the airport ready to go home. Follow up visit went smooth. Everything looks great. Already booked my second procedure in May. Can't say enough good things about Dr. C, Wade, Mel, Lupita and the other staff members. They are all very professional and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of

Took some pics last night. No clue how to post them here.

Did not have anything to measure with. So I used a credit card as a reference. Will try to post pic with partial Erection. Not much of one, more like a "chubby". This is the same day as the procedure

Ok, this one is with a solid Erection. About 8 hours after the procedure. No idea of the measurement, but I have very large hands (long) and it felt amazing in my hands. Previously, I felt small in my hand. Previous measurements varied between 4.5 and 4 3/4 or so Girth with between 5 3/4 and 6" Erect length. I'm very much a Grower, which was another big reason for this. In a hurry now, will write more later.

Flacid Girth now is between 5 and 5 5/8.

Goal is 6 + Erect Girth. Already booked round #2 in May

Non bone pressed. For me, PMMA was the right call. By far. Thrilled with it. I am not nearly as concerned with any cosmetic issues as many people on this forum appear to be.

Justicestudent, did you sleep with the ESL40 on? I am also a Grower and am a little concerned about retraction, especially if I sleep. Did you do anything to prevent it after the procedure? Cialis?

How many CCs did you get - and what %?

I think it is interesting that some guys get this and their Dick is bruised and swollen like it just got in a bar fight and then others, like you, have none.
