TOPIC: 2nd girth surgery with doctor Solomon

There is an incision on the bottom of the scrotum and 2on the side of the front and back of the shaft. The incision on the bottom is in the same location as the first surgery. It's directly under the shaft on the scrotum.

The incision by the glans is on the side of the glands, I have not peeled back the skin by the glans yet, but the doctor said that these are very small incisions. Just enough to place some disposable stitches to hold the grafts in place.

Is the incision on the bottom just for the drain?

Could you measure long the base incisions and the little incision at the glans are when you are feeling up to it?

In the other thread you mentioned the edges. I didn't actually mean at the end. I meant the sides. If Dr S had used to strips of graft material, rather than one full wrap, then can't you feel the sides of each graft? It looks like he's made small incisions at the base and head and tunneled a strip through. So there should be a graft on either side of the penis and therefore shouldn't you be able to feel the edges?

I've got skin adhesions (scar tissue that means the skin is stuck to the shaft). If they get cut they just grow back, so I need something to sit between the shaft and the skin. The only realistic option is therefore some kind of graft material. But I'm scared to death about this as I've witnessed so many bad results with these grafts. But your latest surgery seems a lot less invasive and my adhesions are more on the side. So I think Dr S's technique might be an option for me and given my situation, I might have to take the risk as I can't see anything else working. But I can't understand how to separate grafts can be undetectable.

He tapered the edges along the side of the graft, when I touch it I can't feel a difference, I will post a picture tomorrow, it's looking a lot better now.

It didn't look bad before, just swollen.

Sorry to be a pain, but could also count how many Sutures you have on each base incision and at the top?

How is it terms of discomfort? Are erections painful? How does it compare to last time?

Btw you seem to have some drops of fluid near the scar from the Elist surgery, be careful not to get the incision area wet, as grafts are notorious for harvesting infections.

Erections are uncomfortable, not nearly as bad as when I had the Elist implant, and less uncomfortable then last time.

I would just describe it as annoying, not painful.

As far as the incisions go, the doctor actually recommends that you shower and wash the area off the day after the surgery. I shower every day and wash the area.

Today marks 4 weeks post op.

I will post some pictures this week, I will not shave until the incisions are 100% healed so I am sorry for that in the pictures.

Doctor gave me permission to start working out today. I will from this point update my thread weekly, as soon as the stitches are 100% dissolved I will start Hanging with the 1lb auto sleeve system.

I find that the auto sleeve is far better than the grip system. Any questions feel free to ask.

Have your erections become more comfortable? At a month out how satisfied are you?

Hi Chicagolaw, what was the graft that he used (alloderm etc.) Thanks in advance.

He used Repriza for both the full wrap and the widening.

He told me that this product is much thicker than the other products like it, and since he does not stack multiple sheets in the same surgery he wanted to go with the thickest sheet.

I am healing well, my dissolvable stitches are almost gone... I think in the next week or so I should be starting to use the auto sleeve to hang again, and I will of course post some pics for you guys.
