You don't have to read between the lines. I am certainly very anxious / depressed over what happened here in R3 after I finally fixed the curve and had decent R1 results. I could've dealt with another minimal size gain (like R2) since my goal wasn't to be huge anyway, but these nodules just blew my mind..compounded with their refusal to talk to me beyond asking "what was your aftercare." I've had a normal (average sized / no 60 degree curve) penis for about 8 months out of the last 5 years. I thought the worst of it was behind me...and I thought I could treat these problems here, but it seems like I can't - and I still have no idea what their issue is aside from me seeing an american doctor. Do they want me to wait until the Kenalog wears off? Am I completely blacklisted? I have no clue - and there are certain ways of treating this that only they can do.

I guess my impatience is attributed to the nature of PMMA and my last two rounds where nothing like this happened (I was sexually active 10 days post). I got the impression from the literature and dermatologists that if someone waits too long with PMMA, the collagen is much harder to break down. But, if you don't use enough Kenalog (for fear of Atrophy), then it's pointless anyway. So, I got very little benefit from my Kenalog / 5fu treatments...and I stopped it & will wait to see what Wade says about returning. There needs to be a big window period.
The other weird thing is that I started developing new nodules... which are not near injection sites or the Kenalog sites. About 3 new ones just formed in the last week. That seems to be a new one for this board...doesn't it? Why would new nodules start now? They don't hurt and are not red (no fbg)... but they're definitely "late" in the normal timeline of things.
Anyway, as much as I hate dealing with this travel & the costs, I think I just need to go back there so they can do what they did for HunkChunk or CHL and others like that who had Nodule problems going on. If he just works on breaking it all down & gives the steroid shot, I think I should be fine. I think he could even use a few ccs of metacrill to smooth over things, and that would be okay. Maybe linnea safe without the steroid was something that my body wasn't reacting to very well. HunkChunk said the same about metacrill for him, so he only went with linnea safe.
How is your situation going? Y ou mentioned you had some lumps and no size gain too I think? Did they go down?
Summary
Starting: 4" Circ | Mid EG 4" | Lower EG 4.5" | 6.5 BPEL | FG 3-3.5".
Round 1: 4.25" Circ | Mid EG 4.5" | Lower EG 4.75" | 12 weeks after 27 cc Metacrill 10% - in April 2014
Round 2: 4.5" Circ | Mid EG 4.75" | Lower EG 5.0" | 4 months after 15 cc Metacrill 30% + 3cc 10% -in 7/2014 | FG 4-4.5"
Round 3: No size increase. 10 nodules from 15 cc LinneaSafe 30% + 3cc LinneaSafe 10% in 3/2015.
Summary: Circ +0.5 | Mid +0.75 | Lower +0.5 for $6830 in fees + $3200 in travel. Nodules treated with Kenalog, 5fu, and DMSO & FBGs excised (details here)

- 2 months post from most excisions
- 3 months post from most injections
About half of my time for the last 4 months has been, in some way, related to fixing this mess...and it's not over because I have an open wound and Nodule "fixes" that look worse than the original nodules (though some look better). I have permanent scars that are hard (not easy to see in this pic) though I know they will be softer in 2017...and truthfully they're not terrible. But, they're there. It's just annoying after all this. Some of my nodules hurt - not sure why. I have a wound that won't close for an unknown reason (going on for 2 months - and the only way to close it is to make a huge incision around it and cut the whole thing out - assuming there's no bacteria that will colonize the new wound.).
My Urologist first said he would like to see me 6 month post and then deglove and remove the problematic material. Looking back, that would've been the best approach. Everyone acts like darkstaff was such a lunatic, but degloving would've avoided non-healing wounds, scars all over the shaft, continued lumpiness, steroid Atrophy, and 100 visits to doctors. I know it's aggressive, but my Urologist is well known for a reason & he wanted to deglove instantly - but not until 6 months post. he wouldn't have taken it all out, either...i don't think. Just the lumps.
Nothing has changed where I didn't intervene. The nodules that were hard at 4-6 weeks are identical now at 4 months. The softer "bumps" faded, mostly - except a few. It is obvious now that the The Linnea Safe stuck to the inside of my skin (Dartos fascia), whereas the metacrill bound to the inner Bucks fascia (and to itself). All the nodules have had to be dissected off the underside of the skin (Dartos)...and you can see the metacrill implant in the penis in a normal location. None of the Linnea Safe ended up where it should have - none.
I'm lucky I only have Kenalog Atrophy in that one spot since it was used in many more locations than just that. I'm not sure it's that noticeable in real life, but the pic shows it so you can see what it looks like (this was Kenalog 10, and not that much of it). The Nodule is far more noticeable than the "Atrophy" and if the Nodule were removed, the low Atrophy spot wouldn't be as noticeable. This Kenalog must have spilled out of that Nodule, I guess.
So, my Urologist wants to fix all of this in one surgery in a few weeks, but I don't really know if I can go through with it... and it's $250 to cancel, but with the possibility of a biofilm infection and larger scars and more cosmetic uncertainty (not to mention functional, if the supposed biofilm prevents healing again), I don't know if I can go through with it.
I forwarded him Lemperle's comments for now about the biofilm. He's getting a little annoyed with me because he does not do cosmetic work - and I sent him something earlier about wound sinus tracts that one doctor thought I had...then this about biofilms from lemperle... but at my last appt he only let me see the P.A. and so I don't want to go into surgery with him only having seen the P.A. The surgery will likely just be a Removal of 2 nodules through the skin, buried dissolvable Sutures, and then potentially an excision and biopsy of the non-healing wound.

Flaccid for now. Can't take Erect pics for a few weeks until second round of stitches heals.
Before (After 2 rounds) - and Now after dozens of injectoins and surgeries. There are still hard nodules visible on the left of the pic & one (completely unchanged) between the penis and scrotum that I posted about months ago. These aren't affecting anything, so I'm just leaving them where they are. In a few months, I am hoping this will look similar to my post R2 pic...if I can stretch some of the skin back out. But, I'll still have the lumps..there's not much I can do about those except to have more surgery - and I can't go through any more of it.

My upper incision at 6 weeks is virtually invisible already...so I am optimistic. You can see the crease, though, but it might change...who knows. There is no scar. It's just a little strange with the asymmetry of the Foreskin area.

- 3-4 rounds of Kenalog and 5-fu injections (no effect)
- 4 surgeries to excise / Repair nodules and skin (~8 weeks post Repair of Foreskin Nodule and ~4 weeks post Repair of shaft Nodule - Rx celacyn scar gel used daily)
- 1 month of DMSO to soften nodules on the left
These pics were taken in the AM after an Erection overnight. My penis looks much more even after an Erection...and it looks more even if I have an Erection for a long time too. I can post other pics showing the "baseline" Flaccid and Erect a little later. The doc cut some PMMA out, leaving a dent near the glans. At the lower excision, he just cut the non-healing skin out and closed it (this Repair was done by a Urologist after a Dermatologist left the wound open for 2 months to close by itself - which it never did)
Without a flash, I am happy with Flaccid appearance after an Erection (it's much more lumpy normally, though). It took 7 months and a hundred hours with American docs to fix this (and to fix what other American docs botched). The skin on the side with the nodules excised is going to take a long time to expand, but the erections aren't excessively curved. It just looks a little lumpy Flaccid - and dented in one spot.
I'm not sure that Girth measurements mean anything since I lost length on one side... but it's possible I might have gained some size - but this is mostly due to nodules. Does that count for size? Maybe. I am ~5.25 MSEG - but less in the circ area. I'd rather have stayed at 5 and not had 7 month of hell, scars, and lumps- though.
I took one of these in a mirror - I only had excisions on my right side.
This is now a pic NOT after sex, morning wood, or after a PDE inhibitor...

Left: 80% Erection
Right: 100% Erection (with viagra)
It's looking better IF I get a 100% Erection...otherwise it looks weird. One guy asked me if it was "broken" and I was like - ok you can leave now. The empty space on the lower left actually has a big Nodule under it...which is frustrating because it would have looked perfectly fine if the PMMA stayed in place right there.
Viagra Measurements (Right pic)
6.5 BPEL (bending out the curve)
5" EG circ
5.25 EG Mid
5.5" EG with the large Nodule
5.5" Base Girth with the Nodule underneath

I'm scared the carrier and swelling will all dissolve, but at least I know now that it CAN look better without more surgery. The Nodule can be camouflaged. It still feels like a rocky mountain on the left... but I can't worry about that. I had all the linnea safe on the right cut out & that side is soft and normal. The left side doesn't feel weird Erect - just Flaccid.
We also injected the Nodule with 1 cc saline to see if we could break it down... I don't think that did anything. Not sure. The cannula wasn't sufficient to break anything up...and I didn't want a lot of bruising and open blood vessels if I was putting in a particulate filler.
I am also using the traction device regularly, and now that it's been 2 months (since it was safe to use after the wound closed) - I think I'm seeing results. I was able to add 3 small links already since I started, which is about 3/4". I am 2 links away from my pre-op size...but the skin is VERY tight with that many links on the traction device - so I'll be going slow. As I get more skin on the right & it's more stretchy, the left looks better... hard to explain why that is... maybe it's less "bunched up" so there is a less lumpy look.
Before & after (still bruised and a little swollen)... Day 0
Holy shit this almost basically looks like a natural normal penis... I can't believe it. Please don't let me wake up with this all dissipated!

Smalljay - I had this done in the USA. I suppose dr c could do it as well though because he did it for my face a long time ago. I'm not sure about his opinion of it in the penis. It is much more expensive than metaxrill - even in tj. It' $800 here for 1.5 though I got it for a little less. I forgot what dr c charges.
I use traction 3-6 hours per day and take it off to pee. You're supposed to take it off every two hours but the piss frequency is close enough. And it's a bitch to get on now with the right being shorter than the left. Ideally I'd use it more but it's an awkward device to deal with.
If his turns out to be mostly a carrier effect I might just get more added in there. I woke up with it looking ok but it is such an annoying thing. We camouflaged the lump but of course not up to the glans so now it drops off but whatever. It's basically fine if t stays this way.

I know the first pic is sort of an illusion due to swelling, but god damn I still wish I could look like that again. (Little did I know what was going to happen to that.) Now I think I just have to accept this once and for all... and if not - MAYBE I'd get a tiny bit more (just being realistic and not probably psychologically ideal) but that's it.
The look of this (like the left pic) can still change for a few months. It can also turn into nodules, btw, though they usually are less permanent.
All above pics taken in dark room with camera flash on phone. So, it sort of exaggerates things good and bad. The pic above (on day 0) was with no flash in regular light.
