That is only partial because it wasn't really 'in the mood' to go full swing or you felt maximal Erection happening but the size was less than your old size? To me it's important because I full Erection but it is crappy because it is small. Thanks

Crappy as in crappy. It wasn't as large or firm as it was before. Get some rest.

The qpbottim line question is whether pulling and getting erectiions in the 48 hrs after PMMA is 1.inserted is meant to "stretch out" the product otherwise it becomes too tight (what I understood from one of the posts here...) or 2. whether it is just to clear away irregularities via massage and otherwise tightness is a result of inflammation. If the firrst answer is correct then I missed out , if its number 2 then I may be ok eventually because I don't have aesthetic irregularities to clear. Is there a clear answer out there?

Stretching post procedure is a relatively new thing. If you go and read the reports on the old board guys just seemed to massage. The idea of stretching is to stop the product clumping.

I don't think Dr N in Prague even advises stretching or taking Cialis.

But massage with Erection causes stretching and I feel 'boggled down' but a higher density 'rubbery substance'. If I stretch with all my strength I can approach my old size but nowhere near with Erection that was huge yesterday. Who is Dr N?

I read a posting of his (or copy thereof) on this site he offers 1 cm Girth over 3 treatments isn't that a lot less demanding?

Update: it appears that I have a general penis inflammation probably involving the ligaments which really hurt as does the whole thing. My penis will hopefully survive this and perhaps one day recover. I hope this is not some allergic reaction to this stuff...

Dude your penis is going to be fine. You just had this procedure what? a few days ago? Post some pictures for us so we can get a better idea of whats going on. You have to remember that this is a foregin substance being introduced to you body for the first time. You are going to have soreness and inflamation. please try to relax and stay positive.

I'm back from just visiting the dr and grabbing something to eat. I am in unbearable pain after this same thing happened to me yesterday making these few steps. I'm now getting worried that I may be allergic to this stuff because my reaction is very similar to graft surgery in terms of pain. Here is an updated photo vs that from yesterday. They are similar but today's is the darker red and really protracted. Is there such a thing as an allergic reaction to PMMA? Sorry don't want to sound like a hypochondriac but this seems to be effecting me in ways I did not know it could...

Your result looks excellent. It's still swollen to I'd be prepared to start seeing aesthetic issue's in the coming weeks. You have to expect that if you go down the 30% route. You will probably start to feel ridges and notice some areas where the PMMA protrudes.

Guys only use terms like "agonizing pain" when they are having a freak out.

No I'm not freaking out. I was about my concern that I had somehow lost size because of not stretching and properly massaging but I realized it wasn't an issue and that was the focal point of my meeting with dr C this morning not the pain. However, after Wade rubbed the area for a while (I can't tell these needs even exist apparently there some way of knowing so I for sure will have ridges..) and as I was walking back, the pain I felt yesterday returned but only worse. Yes it is excruciating and no, I am not exaggerating. I may be particularly sensitive because it took me months to get over the graft procedure pain but in terms of pain level, before I swallowed 20 my Percocet, it was massive. I am concerned about possibly being allergic or sensitive to it. I realize that after the 'scene' I made here about losing length this may not sound credible but the two are probably related as I certainly have an overall internal swelling and this includes my ligaments that seem to be effecting my size issues (according to Dr C and Wade). In any case, I have not read of extreme pain following PMMA so I'm hoping that someone can help me find out more about possible causes for that. Thanks.

Yes, yes you are. I haven't got a chance to review the newer progress reports but finally got around to it tonight, and this one in particular got my attention. Not because of the reaction of the PMMA in your penis, but rather your over-reaction to the situation. I will join the chorus along with all the others here in reminding you to relax and that you are freshly post-op. I understand you have also had a less-than-stellar history with Phalloplasty (dermal graft Removal) and it makes sense why you might be quick to panic, but remember that you are freshly post-op and you need to give yourself adequate healing time before passing judgment on your situation.

For example, virtually every time I had a procedure, I had trouble getting erections during the healing stage. Heck, even with a Cialis my penis was simply "not in the mood." I could have become alarmed by this but I allowed it to fully heal and recover and then saw where things were. Lo & behold, my erections, length, sensations all returned to normal. What I'm trying to say here is that you need to relax and complete the healing phase. Your pictures appear normal, and other than you mentioning the extreme pain, most of your base symptoms are typical of a post-op PMMA penis.

As for the pain, I'd also wait that out personally. You could simply be more sensitive to the pain. Or, for some, the possibility that mental paranoia or panic can induce a sort-of hypochondriac effect exaggerating the pain in one's mind (I've heard of this theory, not sure how true/possible it is). Ultimately, like everything else with your penis (e.g. bruising, swelling, shortening), give it time and assess the penis after everything is completely 100% healed.

In the meantime, relax and get your mind focused on separate things (TV, radio, internet not involving this site, etc). Follow your post-op protocol as prescribed, but ignore anything PE-related for the time being. When I was healing, I usually took a week off the forum to help clear my mind, and it might work for you too.

I probably probably did apply my past phalloplasy concerns to this procedure and arrived at senseless conclusions re length I admit that. But re pain, I am not psrsnoid. The previous procedures were followed by months of very serious pain and this time while I literally no pain in day one, that started to change in day 2 after all the massages and forced erections and more massages and stretches, etc. yesterday in day 3 when I got to the office to discuss my "size loss" concerns, Wade thought I still had some ridges and he aggressively massaged my poor fellow and suggested I continue this in my room which I did. This caused my pain levels to really spike and for new swelling to set in. I have literally been out for 12 hours and still have pain. The irony is that I am Mexico, land of over the counter.Vicodin, except it is impossible to get a prescription for one (I was even told they are not marketed here any more) and just being on my feet for a few minutes at a time makes my penis turn red as a watermelon and my pain to quickly escalate. I wouldn't say I have a low tolerance for pain but that once I develop a cycle of pain, my body takes longer to exit that cycle (it's always been the case when I experienced serious pain). I also think that by this point my entire penis ( not only the area below the skin) is infmaled and this was probably caused more from a using it the last couple of days than the sctual procedure.

At this stage I need to let the swelling and pain diminish without touching anything and this may take a while. My problem is that for me the trip back home, including crossing the boarder, flights, etc is almost 35 hours and is not something I can make in the next few days so I will have to stay here a while longer.
