I have a very pronounced ridge that has formed. I am curious if anyone has experienced this and if it is something that is fixable with the cannula or if I need a kenolog shot?
It feels like a very hard line that goes between the glands and circ scar. I think it is the point where the PMMA meets my real tissue.

So this is just a vertical line from your glands to circ ring? Can you explain the dimensions in terms of length and width? is it noticeable in both Flaccid and Erect states?

I have a pretty pronounced bump at the circ scar area on the left side. I can tell it's there, probably about the size of a pea, although a little flatter. I don't really care about it, no one has ever called me out on it, it doesn't change sex at all, so that's my experience.

As far as the PMMA goes, I've found that it settles down a lot. I've retained most of the size; my penis is definitely thicker than before.
I don't think .5 makes very much difference in the bedroom although I can feel the difference.

I think I can add another .5 - .75 and it will look essentially the same, just a bit fatter.
My girlfriend reports that now that it has settled down it doesn't look weird and she is still attracted to my unit which is a plus.
She notices the size but I don't think it (size) ever meant as much to her as it does (did) to me pre-op.
