TOPIC: My Journey Begins In Six Days - Here is My Story!
Re: My Journey Begins In Six Days - Here is My Story!
13 years 1 month ago #1278592675Side note to the topic of the doctor's recommendations, I came in requesting 20% in the last round, with it being made available, and in the end got 30%. I've never really had 10% recommended for me. It comes down to what your goal is, and your tolerance to risk or severity of irregularities, and end feel. I asked why they stopped using 20% and they said because of the board's dislike of unofficial concentration levels. 30% definitely has a more pronounced feel, and any irregularities will be more pronounced as well. I think at the same time the more CCs regardless of concentration is going to add up to a more pronounced feel as well, as you're still developing a mass. However, and I say this having been with a large amount of people male and female, its likely never going to be noticed without an irregularity. I think most of us are over thinking it, and self-doctoring a bit. Decide what your goals are including end 'feel', your priority/availability of proper aftercare, and risk tolerance, and go with the Dr.'s recommendations he knows what hes doing.
In the end a large part of is 'recommendation' of 10% is to reduce patients being unhappy with a result that isn't always his fault, he can't hold everyone's hand through the post care nor does everyone responding perfectly the same. So its not so much that other concentrations are 'bad'.

13 years 1 month ago #1278598323I went in for next morning check up. Everything seemed in order. There is swelling but not mort mute than to be expected. I have used a lot of arnica gel. We will see how thatturns it. During chuck up they pointed out that they had inadvertently forgotten to charge me for stretcher that i hadn't paid for the previous day. So to everyone that said you had to pay extra, you were right. It was just an oversight on their part. I bought extra Cialis to last me for a month. Sincer i am a Grower, its important i stay pulled and semi elongated throughout the time the collagen is forming so that i don't get a bunched up look. The stretcher hadn't really been comfortable, but lots of trial and error had finally going a somewhat ok position.

13 years 1 month ago #1278615379During day 2, I massaged somewhat less as I wasn't really able to find spots that I considered out of place. Also, it becomes difficult to figure out if something is a bump from a bruise or from PMMA. The swelling has definitely gone down. I have refused to measure myself as I know that right now it will be all over the place, but I can echo the sentiment of many of the progress reports that once you see how big it was with the swelling, it does deflate you when it goes down even if you expect it.
The most swelling was right underneath the glans that freaked me out a little as I thought that it was PMMA that was stuck in that area and looked really awful, but that has gone down somewhat so I am convinced it was just swelling. Time will tell. I continue to take Collagen 1 & 3, Vitamin C, Multivitamin, Arnica gel, and 1 Cialis a day.
My experience with the stretcher has been all over the place. Sometimes good sometimes bad. It took awhile to figure out how to best maintain a good vacuum so that it stays on but doesn't grab the shaft at all. Now, I see it caused a blister (perhaps because it was pinching too hard). I know everyone's glans is different so whilst mine may come into the shaft more smoothly thereby not allowing for a firm grip, others might have clear separation, almost like a big hat that allows for maximum vacuum capability.
Will be setting up R2 soon as I don't want to wait too long. I want to get everything done soon.

Re: My Journey Begins In Six Days - Here is My Story!
13 years 4 weeks ago #1278645045Swelling has gone down dramatically. There is close to no bruising left except on the underside, and small amount at the base of shaft. Entry holes seem to have completely healed well. Size has shrunk considerably. I haven't measured as I know it will be all over the place. I keep on wearing the stretcher whenever I can and intend to wear for 4 weeks. It has caused some slight blisters as the pinch at the top somehow grabs the skin (that's what i think). I haven't tried out the new unit yet. I really want to, but will wait until all bruising is completely gone.

13 years 3 weeks ago #1278698602it sounds like you are using a vacuum type ADS. I've used those in the past and not happy about their ability to produce length gains but it should work just fine for preventing retraction. Make sure you wrap the glans before putting the vacuum on. Cover all exposed skin. This will help prevent blisters. Your unit also has to get used to wearing it so frequently removing it, massage the glans, and put it back on, wrapped, should allow you to get used to wearing it blister free. Congrats on your procedure, it sounds like it went well.

Re: My Journey Begins In Six Days - Here is My Story!
13 years 2 weeks ago #1278755470All bruising is gone. There is nothing to report as I am very satisfied. Maybe there is a slight amount of bumping, and I mean really slight. It doesn't bother me one bit. I still have not measured but my hands tell me it is thicker. I keep wearing the stretcher for a number of hours per day. It does cause redness and some blister in the glands, but I am just figuring the skin will harden and it'll work out fine.
I tried Big John's idea of wrapping it, but that just makes the device slip off easier as there is no real grasp when the ADS is grabbing onto bandage - there is no vacuum created. Other than that, I can't think of anything to report. Going in for r2 in about a month.

Re: My Journey Begins In Six Days - Here is My Story!
13 years 1 day ago #1278989905There is nothing new to report. The only thing I will say is that there are slight bumps in certain areas that are only noticeable in the Erect state when everything is stretched out. It is not enough for me to care about although others seem to respond to any imperfection slightly differently. I suppose its all up to the individual. Once again, I have not measured, although it seems all growth has completed. So I will measure in about two weeks or so as it will be six weeks post and a much more accurate picture will have emerged.

12 years 11 months ago #1279122260Looks like the collagen has grown in and seems to have settled. I have recently measured and at 4.75EG - that is 0.5 gain from pre PMMA. There is a lump that is quite visible now between the circ scar and glans. I cannot seem to massage it out. It is easy to feel and see. From what I have read it can be broken up in next round so I am hopeful for that.

Re: My Journey Begins In Six Days - Here is My Story!
12 years 11 months ago #1279309244I wanted to update quickly that R2 is over and done with. I was familiar with the procedure so knew what I was walking into. The procedure went a lot faster than last time, and Dr C and staff commented that things looks very good after. I received 30% at base and a small amount of 10% under glans. Bear in mind I had ONLY 10% in first procedure. Swelling was significantly less than R1, and was pretty much gone after 2 days. Does anyone have similar starting stats as mine 5 EL 4.25 EG? I want to compare our progresses? Thanks

Re: My Journey Begins In Six Days - Here is My Story!
12 years 9 months ago #1280083812This is something I never experienced before. When I was 20 I was doing MMA for awhile. If I was doing that now, it would be a disaster. With all the sparring and contact, there would be a lot of pain. Even when my dog comes running up to me, and lands in the crotch area, I have to quickly twist away. This isn't "kick in the Balls" pain, its a different sort of pain. When I adjust myself and pull or tug the wrong way, the pain will kick in for a second. I suppose this is the cost of going under the knife. I still do not regret doing it, and am content with the results.
