Fatmike, aren't you worried about losing the gains you achieved via natural PE? I wouldn't want to do an intensive routine post PMMA for fear of causing damage to the new tissue or triggering some kind of reaction.

Can we see some post op photos and will you tell us what percentage and amount you received?

I went on Friday 5 July--going south was very fast and I arrived early, but going north took about 3 hours at the border.

I received ~25cc: 21cc @30% and ~4cc @10%. I attached a post-op photo from the office. I told the doctor that I wanted one full session and potentially a touch up treatment. I told him that I was hoping for one and done, but they reiterated that a touch up session was expected. While talking with Dr. C and Wade they used the "N" word (I mean "need")...I got the point though and clarified that I understood I did not need the procedure. I asked Dr. C if he "needed" big PMMA enhanced biceps and he both enjoyed the compliment and kidded that his arms were previously so small that he did need the treatment.

The most painful part of the whole process was the stretcher and the dull pinch it always put on my glans no matter how I adjusted it. More than once I couldn't ignore the pinch (got tired of it being there) and found a bathroom to remove it.

Currently I'm going through the bruised and swollen (and fascination) phase; negligible discomfort. Erect I'm at about 8.5 Inch base Girth and 8.25 mid-shaft. I'm starting to see a lot of normal skin color and vascularity return which is a good sign.

I wouldn't give your unit the opportunity to retract too often. It can lead to uneven distribution of the product.

Dr. C, Wade, and Mel each asked if I had previous work done (not knowing the other had already asked) so I had to reiterate that I'd only used PE up to that point. They also commented on my heavy retraction and said that the PMMA would help to reduce this slightly.

After years of pumping which was fun but mostly temporary gains I'd gained about 1/2 Inch; most of which happened very fast and then plateaued. I'm not sure but I think I gained some testicle size from a period of monstertube use. The next 1 Inch happened over about 2 years from edging with a cable clamp, and again the first 1/2 came pretty fast (like 3-4 months).

When I started Clamping I did the whole super tight thing where your Dick turns purple and cold. I had some short term scares where I had trouble getting an Erection, and learned fast to not clamp this way anymore. I observed that using porn and edging I could get "super Erect" by using a cable clamp that wasn't tightened all the way. I broke a few clamps as I progressed but I learned how much medical tape to wrap the clamp with, how tight to set the clamp, and extended routine masturbatory sessions to effect Girth gains. I think the key to success was "listening to my body" and tightening the clamp till it was I was super Erect but not in pain (at most a very minor sting from the swollen skin around the base). I was trying somewhat successfully to simulate the low flow Priapism we've all read about in articles and PE boards. I also noticed the added benefit that my "super erections" also caused my glans to grow proportionally with my Girth. I even experimented on many days wearing the tightened clamp for several hours a day. Don't do this if you're easily embarrassed because you will bulge heavily in most clothes and both women and men looked.

Bottom line up front: I'm happy with the results.

The molding shaping phase (first 48 hours) was "ok." I flew back home the day after and half way through I removed the stretcher due to discomfort. Back at home in the days and weeks after I fell back into my porn groove (or rut). As everyone warns it gets bigger in the first couple weeks after the procedure. I'm in the camp that feels boners help with healing; if anything you're not retracted when you have one.

At about day seven I woke up itchy, fixed it with an Erection, and it never happened again. I'm happy to see some of the veins starting to show through again, and I still have some temporary gains (to lose). The urethra doesn't show through the implant. It's smooth, no bumps, no nodules, no ridges. The transition at the circ scar is visible but it's good--no inner tube or anything.

I currently sit at ~8.5 EMSG, 7.75 FMSG and just under 9 EBG. It looks like two dicks tied together. Trust me if I was unhappy with the results I would tell you all with pictures and all--I'm not shy about complaining. I'll share another picture soon, but probably not this week.
