13 years 3 months ago #1277671868I'm thinking that if you were cut, you'd have some Turtling issues, I feel like with that large amount of PMMA ccs you'd definitely retract back into it. Something for others to consider.
What are your current stats?
I think you have a pretty great look right now, definitely comes across as a monster Cock, especially from the bottom. I bet that taper helps with the ladies taking it too.

8 days passed whats happening mate.
even if granulomas would be treatable in a way, the bitch would be if they just keep comming back and back over and over for the rest of our lifes.
which would lead us to PMMA Removal probably.
however not meaning to draw the devil just thinking loud.
whats the status after another week.
greets and best wishes to you.

Re: Pain, Inflammation, redness 2 months+ after touch up
13 years 2 months ago #1277974864Short update:
went to Paris. Dr's conclusion: f.b granuloma type 3. Can be treated with cortisone shot. Did not want to give me the shot as I was there by car and had to drive 2 hrs back and a cortisone shot can sometimes have side-effects and she did not want me to drive afterwards.
I did not go back as 2 days after I had to leave Europe for 3 weeks.
In the meantime Dr.N told me that my condition needed no cortisone shot an she sent me medication ( which I could not use as I was not home )
During the time my symptoms got better every day. The hard spots smoothened and the redness went away.
I am back home now and did not take Dr. N's medication as I think with time my body will resolve this. There are still signs of my condition but it got better a lot.
Here some pics ( unfortunately I cut my skin as I had sth in my diving neoprene )
Kind regards

13 years 2 months ago #1277975007Was the Dr in Paris okay with your issue being in the penis? Basically she didn't object to dealing with an issue with male genitals? I can't imagine a female Dermatologist has had many male patients that required an examination of the penis! Did she seem very concerned or was she confident your problems could be treated?
I'm glad things have improved for you.

Re: Pain, Inflammation, redness 2 months+ after touch up
13 years 2 months ago #1277975513She was Ok with it. But she told me ASAP in the 1st email that she is an expert in facial-plasty only but is willing to see my case. When I was at her office she asked how i had found out about her and pointed out that she does not want to become a touch up or problem solver for PMMA Phalloplasty patients.
She was confident that my problems could be treated as soon as I sent her pictures as attachment.

Re: Pain, Inflammation, redness 2 months+ after touch up
13 years 2 months ago #1278223754I just consulted with her today and she's a really nice person as well as a good doctor. SHe wouldn't even let me pay for my consultation (not PE) and I asked her why she doesn't like using Kenalog for issues with PMMA. Here is her reply, laxly paraphrased of course.
She said that she researched issues with such fillers mostly because of her patients having issues and wanting to be dedicated to sorting out their problems. Also, in order for other doctors to benefit from her research, she published her results hoping they would do likewise and attend to such problems themselves. She was not very keen on getting a bunch of new clients with Phalloplasty PMMA issues, preferring to threat her own patients from A to Z rather than deal with fixing problems caused by less conscientious colleagues.
Regarding Kenalog she said that it was too potent and tends to harm surrounding tissues and create its own issues, so she prefers less potent corticoids such as diprosone cortizone injections. FWIW.

Re: Pain, Inflammation, redness 2 months+ after touch up
13 years 2 months ago #1278265722Well I told you she is very competent

I planned to go back to her but as my symptoms keep disappearing slowly I preferred to wait with a cortizone shot.
Maybe my body will resolve everything on his own.
Kind regads
