I've been doing PE for close to 3 years now and had a lot of success gaining length went from 5.8 to 7 inches but have lost a little bit now. However absolutely no success In Girth so I'm pretty sure this will finally do it for me I'm currently 4.3 mseg so deffinatly room for improvement. However my main question is are there any Aussies that have been over and had the PMMA done with Dr C??? If so just let me know how you went with everything and how the whole experience went. My routine was first two weeks keep on everyday for 4 hours a day and after the two weeks went to 3 days on, one day off at 9 hours a day. The key that I really found with the ADS is consistency. Making a routine and sticking to it . I feel like the efficacy of the ADS is definitely highly dependent on tension and the taller you are, the more tension and effective it will probably be since the strap will be further down your leg relative to your penis.
