Re: Elist implant removal by Dr. Solomon
13 years 3 months ago #1277735586I have difficulty in achieving erections necessary for Jelqing, don't want to have to ingest porn on a semi-daily basis to achieve these erections and find it extremely tedious and tiring to jelq after 45 minutes of stretching. If the purpose of Jelqing is to increase blood flow to the penis after stretching, would this not be done most efficiently by pumping after stretching instead of Jelqing? I've done this a few times already, and it cuts down on my routine by about 40 minutes (from 2 hours stretching+Jelqing down to 1 hour 20 mins with stretching+pumping). Little help?

13 years 3 months ago #1277736806I think pumping is good for blood flow and EQ but size gains from it, length and width, are temporary.
After I see some results from stretching and Jelqing alone then I might begin pumping again. But not for perhaps 6-12 months out.
Incidentally one of the reasons I got testicular implants was to keep my testicles from getting sucked into the cylinder when pumping. It worked.... until I developed problems and had them removed.

13 years 3 months ago #1277743966Question Rogue: when you jelq, do you work to maintain a steady Erection throughout the entire session? Or, do you just put on lubricant and jelq away in whatever state the penis happens to be in? My frustration with Jelqing came from the difficulty in maintaining a firm Erection throughout the session (which would take up to an hour, and require a lot of porn). I'm not interested in having to view so much porn on a daily basis, or for my session to take so long as a result of Erection difficulties.
BTW, how has your progress been coming along?

Re: Elist implant removal by Dr. Solomon
13 years 3 months ago #1277753537I remember Dr Alter didn't say anything about it when I mentioned Jelqing. He kept quiet. He talked about the importance of stretching and Hanging with weights though. The more duration the better.
I am doing good. Thanks for asking. I am now 5 months post penis implant Removal and almost three months testicular implant Removal. Gawd I can't belive after all that I am back where I started.... though as I mentioned there are a few positives.. I am still very thick at the base which I always wanted, and my Erection angle is very high. which looks good. And thanks for the tip on fucking doggy style that does seem to work the best.

13 years 3 months ago #1277844109Question about the scar tissue: have you gradually noticed it filling in areas left deflated by the absence of the implant? For example, when Flaccid before stretching the base towards the pubic area seems a little thinner than the shaft above it. This area fills in after stretching or when I have an Erection, but I'm wondering if the scar tissue will fill that area in when Flaccid? What is the consistency of the new scar tissue (hard, soft, etc.)? Does the new scar tissue differ much from the capsule from an external and internal penile point of view?

Re: Elist implant removal by Dr. Solomon
13 years 3 months ago #1277888825I just don't get on the site much anymore, mainly because I'm really busy, but also I feel like I will be tempted to do the PMMA thing if I read about all the happy (mostly) customers that are getting it. It's not that I think there's anything wrong with dudes doing it or that I wouldn't like some more Girth. the thing is I already wasted all that cash, and time, on the implant and I truley can't justify the money, time and effort on having a bigger Dick, especially at my age (56) and with my lame sex life. I know it's kinda sad, but Ive come to accept the fact that I probably won't be having sex with anyone other than my wife, which is rare in itself, for the rest of my life, and she could care less about it! so really, why bother.
Anyway I'm really happy for you and hope that you get the Dick you want someday, or atleast get back to pre implant size and condition. you might want to try adding pumping to your routine. Sounds like you retained some Girth from the so called capsule or scar tissue right? thats cool, I wish I would have! I'm not sure but I think part of the reason I didn't, is because I didn't have the internal stitching done. I think that caused , or didn't cause, I should say, more scar tissue to build up. but the good news is that my Erection angle is back to normal and the curvature is pretty much gone too. Also most of the length is back and all I did was some pumping for about 6 weeks. I really should try stretching to get it all back, but, once again, who's going to notice that gives a shit, other than my self. shit there I go whining again. Good luck brother and I will write my implant saga on your manifesto thread soon. Take care

13 years 2 months ago #1277918532I can understand your de-emphasis of the penis size issue, and relate to the frustration of not getting sex as much as you want it. For the past two years, my wife's 2 pregnancies and post-partum depression has made sex a complicated proposition. At the risk of sounding like a Maxim consultant, I would just stress that 56 is plenty young enough to aspire to a healthy sex life. Don't give up on that aspect of yourself! Have you exhausted your bag of tricks for restoring the spark to the bedroom? I don't want to poke what may be a sore spot, but is there a bigger picture issue at play with regards to your relationship? I wish you nothing but the best, my friend. Please feel free to write here or PM me anytime.

13 years 2 months ago #1277920763Yeah I know 56 is NOT that old! and believe me, I sure as hell hope I have some good days ahead of me sexually speaking, but not right now, who knows what the future may bring. I may well be back to visit the PMMA idea in the future. wish you and all the great guys here the best, I know I will be checking in occasionally and maybe even contributing some. Take care for now

Re: Elist implant removal by Dr. Solomon
13 years 2 months ago #1278135977Hi BostonMan,@RogueTrader: sounds like Dr. Alter and Dr. Solomon said pretty much the same things. Glad the doggy style tip is working well for you, and that you have your length back! I've also been enjoying missionary with me standing in front of the bed with her legs over my shoulders (it takes bending my knees to accommodate for the angle). Any positions you are able to recommend to me with the new angle?
Question about the scar tissue: have you gradually noticed it filling in areas left deflated by the absence of the implant? For example, when Flaccid before stretching the base towards the pubic area seems a little thinner than the shaft above it. This area fills in after stretching or when I have an Erection, but I'm wondering if the scar tissue will fill that area in when Flaccid? What is the consistency of the new scar tissue (hard, soft, etc.)? Does the new scar tissue differ much from the capsule from an external and internal penile point of view?
I am having to lay off the stretching and Hanging for a few days. I have irritated the glands. Seems it is easy to get too much tension and friction from the devices..
As far as the capsule, i.e. scar tissue, present post implant Removal... I got PMMA 3 months after Removal to make it look better Flaccid, not so much for Erect Girth which was still significant post implant. I have some wrinkles that have been there since the grafts were removed, pre implant. Also the most notable thing is that the skin of the shaft behind the glands above the circ line is fixed in place. It does not move toward the glads at all. Dr C tried to loosen it with the cannula but could not.
Is the collagen formed from PMMA different in the scar tissue? I hope the PMMA is not actually stimulating the formation of more scar tissue. My penis is awfully firm still, even Flaccid. I hope that it is not going to limit my length gains from stretching.

Re: Elist implant removal by Dr. Solomon
13 years 1 month ago #1278425509Update on me at 3 months out: I seem to have regained all of my original EL (5.7"), as well as having made a slight gain which sometimes reaches 6"! I had been having issues with the Autoextender (in consistently getting blisters on the glans), and took a break from it. My routine has consisted of two daily manual stretches (2 sets apiece) occurring as soon as I wake up and before going to sleep. I pump every other day, and take a break from the entire routine on weekends. Today, I'm adding the Autoextender back into the routine and hope this will continue my gains beyond my original length!I've maintained the capsule/scar-tissue from the implant, and have been building up additional scar tissue in the area left barren by the removed implant. So far, it hasn't been a major obstacle although my wife occasionally complains about an edge of scar tissue (not a big deal with the application of lube). Girth has maintained at 5.5" (about the same Girth I had with the first implant).I can honestly say that as of the realization I had reached 6" EL that I am happy with my Dick. I will of course keep stretching/pumping/extending for at least one year from the implant Removal (which is when the collagen will have fully matured) in order to maximize what I have, but I count myself as lucky that my penis is in the shape it is after the disastrous mistake of getting Elist's implant (not once, but twice). Far better men than me have endured worse results. It's been difficult to stick with this, but the sex has been more than motivating: seeing her eyes roll to the back of her head, and hearing her moan how I'm longer AND wider makes me feel like the king of the jungle!Thank you Messageman! Your advice has been a life saver.

Re: Elist implant removal by Dr. Solomon
13 years 4 weeks ago #1278635802Glad you have regained. I wish I could say I am regaining lost length but it doesn't seem to be happening yet. At least not Erect and not to any significant and sustainable degree.
I wear an ADS even at night with the bed frame attachment. I hang a 10 pound weight and wear it around the house when home. I can avoid blisters by always using anti-fluid tape.
I had the Elist dildo for over three and a half years. Had it removed in November 2012 and then had PMMA in February of this year.
I wonder if the capsule/scar tissue that formed during that time is preventing gains? Also is the collagen growth stimulated by the PMMA contributing as well?
Any thoughts appreciated.
