TOPIC: Had PMMA done and not very happy with it

It looks fine. I too have small glans. I would love my skin to cover my glans like yours. It really is not much of price to pay for a nice thick Cock. Do you do any stretching routines? I would suggest this. Removal is a silly idea and totally unnecessary. If you are at 3wks in those photos you still have swelling present. It will subside a little. Not so much where you had 30% but more so around the 10% area which I imagine would be the glans area. Many would give there left testicle to have what you have. Be proud of your new unit you should be.

Well, has been several months, and still don't like the aesthetic outcome of the procedure. I was hoping the PMMA would stop my Turtling problem when I am Flaccid, but it still occurs. It doesn't look TOO bad when it's not in that state, but more often than not, my penis's natural tendency is to want to retract way back, and the PMMA does not go with it, and it folds around the glans in an unsightly way. Haven't had intercourse at all since the procedure, been pretty embarassed about the way things look. I have quite the ring that formed as well at the base where the PMMA bunched up due to my Turtling problem as well, that when Erect, you can really see it and feel where the transition is. I know darkstaff had his removed, was wondering if anyone else has as well? He saw a doctor I believe in Philadelphia, but I think there were some reservations about his work? Despite my name, I now live in the Pacific NW, does anybody know of any west coast doctors that would be able to see me considering getting it removed? I realize it would be a de-gloving, but there isn't any other way to get it out that I can see.

Do you have any better photos? It's hard too see what the problem is from those you have posted. Do have have any Erect shots?

From how you describe things and from the little I can see, I think a better approach could be to have some of the scrotal skin tacked to the base of the penis. Through this incision, the surgeon might be able to thin out the base where the 30% is. Maybe Camacho Melo could do it with Dr C advising regarding the PMMA Removal. This should improve the Turtling issue you have and the aesthetics. I think it's a better option than degloving and full Removal.

You could also try some manual PE exercises to improve Flaccid length, like "bed fowfers".

I never tried them but my Flaccid length increased from Clamping (because it stretches the skin).
Be careful though I don't know what effects an aggressive exercise like Clamping can have on PMMA.

Bed fowfers are a light exercise and seem quite popular so I think they worth the try.

One of the best ways I have found to avoid retraction and improve Flaccid hang is Cialis. According to my family doctor (who I quasi trust, sort of) it is one of the safest medications on the market, and it has the bonus effect of allowing you to behave like an 18 year old. There are also places you can order generic from for a reasonable price, unlike the patented US version. Not to encourage drug use, but as opposed to surgery I think it's preferable. Also, no homo, but your Dick looked fine to me in your pics.

I agree about Cialis. It really helps with my Turtling. In fact if I pump lightly (using a fish tank pump so no effort required), for juts 10 mins a day and take just 5mg of Cialis, my Turtling stops. I know some people use alpha blockers such as flomax instead of Cialis.

If it aint broke, don't fix it!!! You will end up with a scarred penis, it should only be taken out if you are having major issues. Try doing all day stretching for a few months and it will increase you Flaccid length decreasing you Turtling and maybe even increase your Erect length. You can't run away and hope for an easy solution after having a major penis surgery.

If your penis was disfigured while Erect, I would understand going for corrections but ripping tissue out of your own penis is another story.

I'm not sure of this forum's rules about linking in this case, but I just got some liquid Cialis online for a very cheap price compared to Rx prices. It is 900mg total. The pills come in different strengths but I think the 10mg size is common...so this is the equivalent of 90 pills for $29. Yeah, damn thats cheap. Back in the day I bought 40 100mg pills of V, for pretty cheap and it lasted me a long time even after unloading some. When I was looking the other day it seemed the price had jumped up alot, but I don't think I was digging that deep.

I'm not sure if I'd prefer Cialis over Viagra, but definitely worth a look! I use V mostly for parties and I dunno if C would have the desired effect.

I just looked up my old order and I got my pills at AllDayChemist.com and they're still similarly priced, they offer many different generic brands and gel versions of V, C, and L. There is a note that their Cialis is not to be 'consumed' in the US, I don't know if that means they will refused to ship, they do after all 'require' a prescription too.

As you can see from this Flaccid photo, looks pretty terrible. I can pull it out and it'll stay out for a few minutes, but then goes right back in. Even prior to doing the PMMA, I did lots of all day stretching and Hanging for about 2 to 3 years, nearly every day, but the retraction problem still occurrs. It almost seems like the PMMA didn't adhere to the penis itself, it's pretty mobile, not sticking to the penis or the skin itself, kind of in its own layer.
