Gotta say that outside of the insanity we go through on here, she makes a hell of a lot of sense. We are all so far outside of the norm with our expectations about size, and our perceptions of it's importance. I'm not saying going from below average to a bit above average doesn't make a difference. You know my opinion on that. But the desire to be not above average, but just flat huge, has gotten way the hell out of hand.
So, In conclusion, I'm done. I graduated. I'm going to leave the table while I'm winning. I have immense gratitude to all of you for the comradery and help that you all have provided. There's just nothing else left for me to gain here, just heartache and loss if I can't get over my obsession. Being that this site only makes me feel worse, not better, I have to leave. Barring something new occuring, I'm out. Thanks for everything, and good luck to you all!

"I am honestly curious why she even cared / didn't take it well. "
Well... from my experience most people are insecure, to varying degrees. One way some people offset their anxiety about their insecurities is to be with someone who is secure, or someone who they project to be secure. A woman in a heterosexual relationship in western culture at this time will typically be doing this to some degree. Women are put under immense scrutiny by media and culture, and thus tend to have deeper spectrums of common insecurities and social disorders stemming from them. Within this scale of behavior one can expect any event of a man modifying himself as an expression of insecurity. This explains the common image of the "true man" as the mountain man, or the "Ron Swanson." Many men exhibit moderate insecurity-caused behavior which can most easily be summed up by the "metrosexual" idea. These are expressions of insecurity that are culturally accepted, and tap into another part of psychosexual behavior I'm not prepared to discuss here. That said, altering the penis is obviously one of the most dramatic forms of expression of psychosexual insecurity a man can undergo. And that's the point, right? We are insecure about a thing thus we take physical action to remedy that. For many on here and elsewhere it seems to work but with physical risk. But there's also the risk of damaging or ruining an existing relationship because of these issues. Typically I'd imagine most of the actors in any relationship where this plays out are not fully aware of the core reasons behind their actions, though I also suspect every player realizes at least some of the reasoning else they wouldn't take action.
So... to boil it down: you get PE surgery > she doubts your sense of security > she needs security > you're out.
A man knowing these things going in to the preceding discussions around PMMA etc could help manage a successful dialogue with a heterosexual female partner that allows for everyone to come out happy.

I agree 100%, well said. I don't think women are fully cognoscent of these feeling/ emotions and how they affect their behavior even though their actions are mostly attributed from these factors. In business cash is king, in relationships / relations confidence is king.

12 years 5 months ago #1281504190This is a bit off kilter, but this penis dysmorphia you speak of! I know that it matters very little, if any, coming from me but you have a nice unit. Hell you started off better than most. Anyway as said many times before..... no homo but I'd

and it was a pain in the ass
having to stand around for an hour a day with weights dangling. I've been using the ads for a week now,
and my eq is actually improved. Also, my Flaccid is absolutely longer, no question
, and that is a really nice feeling. Lastly, there's something about wearing the stretcher all day that is comforting. I feel like no matter how bored I am or what repetitive analysis I'm engaged in,
I'm doing something to make my unit bigger. It's a really good feeling. The increase Flaccid size alone is worth it for me, but here's to 7 inches in the making!
